Easy check in, timely communication and a really comfortable stay

Hayley was a very proactive host with clear instructions. The house was practical, fully equipped, and clean on arrival. Located in a residential area, there was some noise from neighbors, but it didn’t significantly impact my stay. It’s about a 5-minute drive from shops and restaurants—a convenient spot, though a bit pricey for the location. Overall, a good stay! Thanks~

Rosalie’s lovely apartment had beautiful bay views and was very convenient for local restaurants and the trains. The beds were very comfy.

We had a wonderful time staying at Minnie's apartment. Well equipped, comfortable and well located. Of particular note, the beds and bedding were so comfortable. You can really tell that Minnie cares, it is rare that you sleep better at an Airbnb than you do in your own home. Thank you Minnie for putting so much thought and care into making your guests comfortable.

Leanne’s house was stunning. She has so proactive with her responses and instructions which made for a seamless check in. The location was great, although we didn’t see the beach due to the weather, it would of been a beautiful walk in such a nice suburb. Easy to catch Uber from the outside. I love the touches of Alive brand shampoo/conditioner, that was lovely to see. Her decor and design has to be complimented. I loved my time and hope to come back again soon. Highly recommended! The accommodation was central to our needs, as we were visiting from QLD for a birthday party in Brighton. It had everything that we needed and we were provided with some great local recommendations for dining. The communication was prompt, clear, friendly, and very responsive.

Natasha is a very responsive Host. The questions asked were answered almost immediately. The home is in a great location and close to shops and area required for the stay. We have requested to extend our stay further.

This place is so beautiful. We arrived in a wet June to explore and sightsee Melbourne and wanted something private and secluded. Quiet and serene, this apartment ticked all the boxes. With a shopping village full of cafes and a tram line at walking distance, getting around was easy too. We had an amazing time because Sarah is an amazing host; caring, accommodating and responsive.

Ariane’s place was amazing, I had a great time away. The place was absolutely perfect. I loved the fact that she met me to exchange keys and briefly showed me around. Great location, easy access and a wonderful service all around. Thank You

Thank you Bonnie for letting our family stay in your place for over 2 months while we renovated our house. The location was amazing close to coffee shoes, parks and restaurants as well as public transport. The house was well maintained and the Neighbours were lovely. Bonnie was very helpful and responsive every time I asked to extend time of our stay. Nothing was too hard. She left us a beautiful hamper too. tv and internet was great. So was the couch and the king size bed. The apartment was big enough for a family. The garage is a bit small however for an SUV so we parked outside and there was plenty of onstreet parking. Thanks !

Our 2nd visit and I’m sure we’ll be back. A beautiful location with the amazing Church Street two minutes away and the beaches five minutes.

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb because it was clean and comfortable. The check in process was straight forward, the apartment was easily accessible on the ground floor and the host was responsive when needed. The apartment had a large airfryer which was convenient for us.

Phil and Pauline were great hosts, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was quiet and felt quite private from their house although on the same property. They were welcoming and helpful but also respected our space and privacy. The unit was small but still felt spacious, and was very clean, neat and tidy. The location was fabulous, an easy stroll to Hampton street and Sandringham. We also enjoyed a leisurely beach walk (when it wasn’t raining). We would definitely recommend and stay again on our next trip.

I was in Melbourne on a work trip and Mary's was an ideal place to base myself. Had great facilities in the room, as well as in the broader complex. heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a real treat. also a great rooftop which was ideal as a working space too...

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

Kim’s apartment was cozy and spacious! The facilities that came with the apartment were fantastic! The location of the apartment was also convenient with multiple tram services at the stop right infront of the building. Overall, it was a great stay! 😊
