Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Baztan

Stunning place and would definitely come back. The house is self cooling however does not have a traditional air conditioner that allows you to adjust temperature. This wasn’t an issue however it is something to be mindful of if you are very sensitive to heat. Overall the place is an oasis unlike any I’ve stayed in before and the wineries and towns surrounding it are amazing.

The 1 week in Viguera was wonderful. We traveled with a baby and enjoyed the quiet and breathtaking area. The house offers plenty of space and a great view of the mountains. Viguera is an insider tip and not touristy. You can experience many activities in nature. It is perfect for hiking and cycling. There is also a swimming pool in the village with a great view of the mountains. The host Raquel is totally nice and has always been easy to reach. A defective sunshade was replaced with a new one. Unfortunately, the house number 23 was not as indicated on Airbnb. We would gladly come back!

A space as AirBnB is intended: a friendly and helpful host, who treats you as a good acquaintance. Gives you the space to do your own thing, but is also ready with tips and directions. Spaces that reflect the personality of the host, modern amenities in a traditional Basque house. We had our own apartment with spacious kitchen, bedroom and shower/WC, all clean. There was a second bedroom, for a family with children. We received adequate answers to all our questions. The place invites you to relax, walk or cycle. Many facilities have been developed in the area, such as signage and information panels. The quiet access road from the village has unfortunately been modernized, with smooth asphalt and crossings, which reduced the romance. Roads in the Basque Country are otherwise quite good. About 10 minutes' drive away is an Iberdrola 50kW fast charger with reasonable prices.

Very nice house , beautifully decorated , very clean and super well-equipped! We lacked nothing! The beds are very comfortable the garden is very peaceful . Léa and her mom are super nice!! We'll be back longer to enjoy…

It is a very quiet place, easy to get to and a stone's throw from Lekunberri. Where there's everything. If you like hiking and nature, Rafa the host can help you as he knows the area quite well.

Very satisfied with my stay in this apartment ✨ It is beautifully decorated, functional and pleasant. I had a great night. The video projector and the "fake fireplace" are very nice. The instructions are clear for coming to the accommodation, the communication is great too. I would recommend it without hesitating!!

This is a lovely apartment in a very special place. Really cosy and comfortable with wonderful buildings all around. Great bars and restaurants on the doorstep too. Alvaro was really helpful getting us settled and providing lots of tips on the locality. He helped us find a parking spot and took us to the apartment - you have to park your car a few minutes away. Parking is scarce so once parked we didn’t move the car. Not a problem as we were only here a couple of nights and everything is walkable. Highly recommended.

Su and her place in San Sebastián are great — the reviews speak for themselves. She’s very communicative, super helpful in getting you situated in the area, and can help you make really hard-to-find reservations (Elkano, for example). She helps with daily recommendations and her place is clean, exactly as described, and located right in the middle of La Parte Vieja of San Sebastián, 50 steps from the best pintxos in the world. 5 stars!!

A traditional building in the old quarter but the flat itself was very modern and in excellent taste. The old town was fascinating but the newer streets towards the Marina were also lively. Great recommendations for eating out and we tried most of them.

Our stay went very well. The accommodation was very comfortable, the bedding was good quality and we didn't miss anything. Everything was impeccable in terms of cleaning. Many services were available to us, many things provided such as towels, bathrobes, shower gel, or for breakfast such as milk, fruit juice, jam, honey in addition to coffee or tea! We enjoyed the balcony for eating outside. It was also very convenient to park the car at the foot of the accommodation. We enjoyed our independent stay. Sylvie and her husband are very welcoming and attentive while being discreet. The proximity of the highway did not bother us in terms of noise. We would recommend this listing!

We had a wonderful stay with 2 families with young children in this beautiful house :). The welcome was very pleasant, the hosts kindly offered to adapt our arrival and departure times in the house and gave us many recommendations for the stay. The house is extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated, warm, spacious, very comfortable, the heated pool is perfect for children (and adults!), the large garden on the edge of the pine forest was very popular. Everything was perfect, we will all be happy to come back!! Thank you for the lovely memories we will keep of our stay in the Landes.

We spent a wonderful week at Olivia's place in August. The place is amazing, with that great "old French country house" feel but with plenty of modern amenities. We took full advantage of the large kitchen and the pool in the backyard. We also used the dishwasher and washing machine multiple times. The house is located in the small village of Ahetze, which was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, but also very easy to drive to the beaches on the coast, out into the Basque countryside, or over the border to San Sebastian and Bilbao. There's a large parking area in front of the house as well. Olivia was a fantastic host - incredibly communicative, friendly and helpful. Overall, it was one of our favorite AirBnb houses that we've ever stayed in. We'd love to come back!

The amenities are of high quality, and every detail seems to have been thought of for the well-being of the guests. We wholeheartedly recommend Villa Artegoikoa to all those who wish to enjoy an authentic and privileged experience in the Spanish Basque Country. A gem by the ocean... Beautiful cozy house with feet in the sand, with a delicious fish restaurant right next door. We had all our privacy. There is a bus that serves the house from Bayonne train station, which is very convenient and the TER train station is a 20-minute walk. Nicolas was great with us. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

We had an incredible time at the cozy home in Lezo! It was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was a lifesaver, always answering our questions right away. The grandkids had a blast with the toys and pool. We also loved the privacy, beautiful garden, and wooded area. The home was exactly as described. It was a warm and inviting atmosphere, and it was even better than we had imagined!

We had a lovely time at Camille's house. It is large and very pleasant to live in, ideally located in a quiet area while being right next to the center of the pretty village of Sare. Perfect for discovering the region while having a quiet and pleasant place!

We had a great two weeks of a great family vacation. Véronique had very kindly provided us with a box of games and books for children. The house is conveniently located with sensational views, the terrain is amazing. It's perfect for a relaxing and refreshing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the cities. The hammocks, deckchairs, and large tables outside are great for hosting friends and having a good evening while the kids run around looking for lizards;) Hosts are very nice and welcoming.
