Perfect location! Pleasant, quiet neighborhood, decoration and amenities available better than many 4-star hotels. Location that is not far from the waterfront, but also not close enough to be bothered by traffic, for example. You can walk to the beach and there are good beach bars near the apartment's street. The host was super helpful, sending us directions to places that we visited and were really worth it. Returning to Fortaleza, I will definitely stay at João's place!

We stayed in this apartment for more than 2 weeks. Everything was perfect for us. Washing machine with tumble dryer worked great, so you didn't have to look for a laundry. Showers and air conditioning as well as all kitchen appliances worked perfectly. The beds + mattresses of both bedrooms are of high quality. We felt at home and almost didn't want to leave. My stay at the resort was amazing! Check-in was super fast and done by an attentive and helpful team. The facilities are modern, well-maintained and comfortable. The room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed and a great view. The leisure areas, such as the pool and the spa and gym, are clean and ideal for relaxing, although the gym is a bit rusty. The location is privileged, with easy access to tourist attractions and natural landscapes. It was a memorable experience, and I recommend it for those looking for comfort, quality and great service.

Very nice, spacious and new apartment. Very well-equipped kitchen (cutlery, quality crockery, microwave, Airfryer, refrigerator, purifier, sandwich maker and even electric barbecue), comfortable bedroom and large bathroom. balcony with great sea view and far from the pool movement. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom to provide thermal comfort on hot days. TV in the living room and bedroom with many channels. Wi-fi works very well I recommend the home The resort is complete, very friendly staff and a very positive point was the possibility of entering the Beach park before the general public. We went on a Monday and the park was quiet.

Ricardo exceeded all expectations as a host. The apartment contains everything that is necessary for a few days of accommodation and comfortably accommodates up to four people. There is the possibility of consuming both in the hotel and in the apartment itself, buying through Ifood, for example. Mr. Ricardo's tips are essential for those who want to save money on food. The resort is next to Beach Park and you can enter the water park 1 hour before it opens. The beach is practically private, and has a lifeguard on duty. The pool area is also super monitored. There are several activities for both adults and children. I lack words to describe the infinity of affective memories that were created in the days I stayed in the apartment. I hope to return soon. Super indico with my eyes closed.

The accommodation is exactly the same as in the photos, a clean and organized place. José is helpful in what is needed with flexible check in and checkout. Near the seaside avenue, markets and bakery.

Great stay, building with excellent location, very attentive and polite staff, 24-hour concierge, well-equipped apartment, air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. It was me and my husband, we liked it a lot. I highly recommend this apartment.

Anna was an excellent host. We were very comfortable and passed on all the necessary information to access the site. It is very flexible with checkin and checkout, which made us happy. The apartment is cozy, has good accommodations and has all the items to make the day's meals. It perfectly serves families and accommodates up to 7/8 people. One of the benefits of staying there is that it is close to the beach (to go good walking inside the condominium) and has a very interactive pool. I highly recommend!

The apartment is very well located and extremely well equipped. The bed and bath linens are excellent and the hostess was extremely careful and solicitous. When we arrived, there were some treats left in the apartment, such as chestnuts, fruits and potatoes. Everything is very well thought out to facilitate the stay

Lucilene was super helpful in everything we needed, and when there was a situation that the Suítes hotel could not resolve, she went personally and resolved everything. The apartment is a mini house, with a little bit of everything for us to stay. As we did not have a package with food at the hotel, we bought it at the market and cooked in the apartment. I recommend it, and if I return, I will stay in her apartment again. Thank you very much Lucilene, for the hospitality. The structure of the Hotel Suítes is breathtaking and the beach is almost private and beautiful. The staff at the Suítes hotel are extremely polite, helpful and quick, and there was no distinction at any time because we were guests of the owner and not the hotel. A differentiated service. I definitely recommend it.

Location was a 10/10. Beautiful complex with lots of activities to do. Apartment was great and clean. I really like my stay there . Would come back for sure.
