We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is great especially for water enthusiasts. There's a marina and boat launch ramp nearby, making it the perfect spot for bringing jet skis or a boat. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, checking in to see if we needed anything. They have a booklet of favorite places to eat (which was spot on) and local items of interest. We loved being able to dock our jet skis right at the property, and the working hose was great for the daily flush of the jet ski exhaust. Highly recommend for a convenient and hospitable stay!

My Wife, Our two year old Son and Myself just stayed at Lisa’s gorgeous quaint beach house which is literally a three minute walk to the beach. Her house is absolutely beautiful and has that Jersey shore beach vibe to the fullest! The back deck is a great spot to hang out at night plus the grill to cook if you feel like staying home. Otherwise there are so many great restaurants around and everything you need is right nearby! My Family and I already book another stay at Lisa’s in August! We actually said, “This might be Our new Happy Place getaway!” We highly recommend Lisa and her home 1000% and she is the best host who communicates to the fullest! Thank you again Lisa for your hospitality, generosity and peacefulness!!!

Michael's unit was as described. easy to get into. we felt safe there. wish we could have taken a walk on the beach or at least on the boardwalk but it was too windy when we stayed there we went off season I can just imagine how busy would be during the summer but there are plenty of restaurants and things to do in the neighborhood and there's the park about two blocks away. would love to stay there again when we have the chance. the worst thing that happened was Michael Miss took my middle name for my name. LOL

If you are looking for a reasonably priced, clean place near the beach, then you should book this place. It is a few blocks from the Toms River and about 15 min to the ocean. Gail is very friendly and responds quickly to your requests. Good deal!
