Holiday rentals with beach access in Beaufort County

This is our second time staying here and we love it! It is perfect for a family of three (2 adults & 1 toddler). It is in a great location with lots to do in walking distance. Thanks for allowing others to enjoy your beautiful home.

A fantastic experience! The location was perfect, on a quiet street and very secluded but a short walk directly across the road from the beach. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Claudia was very responsiveness and helpful. Perfect spot for my husband and I, our 1 year old and dog for a short weekend getaway!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We’ve been to Charleston and other places in the general low-country region, but never to HHI. The Spa was the perfect spot with serene scenery that included a private natural beach which we had never experienced. It was the most peaceful, quiet, and least crowded we have ever experienced at the beach. The location was close to everything and the condo was perfect. The price was reasonable compared to other locations and met our needs exceptionally well. It is clean and the host clearly takes pride in their property which is seen with how it is managed. Furthermore, the host is quick to respond when needed. Would stay again if and/or when back in the area.

Wonderful location with a second floor view of the ocean! Everything you will need for your vacation is there. Easy walk to the beach or the marsh. Definitely the best value for our family of two on Fripp!!!

We just returned from an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The property was exactly as described-clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the coastal charm that really made us feel like we were on vacation. The location was great, just a short walk from the beach and pretty close to great dining options and shopping. We spent our days soaking up the sun at the beach or the pool. In the evenings we enjoyed the lovely sunsets from the beach. Even saw a couple of bald eagles. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. They even had some great local recommendations for restaurants and activities! Overall, our time in Hilton Head was filled with fun, relaxation, and beautiful memories. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for an amazing getaway!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and well kept. My messages were answered quickly. The little things provided, like beach towels and snacks, were a nice touch. Beautiful location and beach. Would recommend!

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. Thanks to Patricia and Veronica for a memorable trip!

This is a nice house with a lot of really great perks. The golf cart, kayaks, fishing rods, beach equipment, and more made it easy to enjoy the week. The location is peaceful and ideal for fishing but not perfect for swimming or waves; we went to adjacent Hunting Island State Park for the kids to ride waves (a state park pass is included by the host). We enjoyed our week!

Great place. Quiet area. The 2 king beds were an added bonus. Easy to get in and out of.

Not a great beach for swimming but a really pretty spot for relaxing..left us nice toiletries..had everything we needed to cook all of our meals..bring swim shoes..get up early for the awesome sunrise 😊

What a great location! We took multiple walks per day to the river since it was such a short walk. The park is beautiful and scenery is varied based on the tides and time of day. Same with local restaurants and stores, and the weekly farmers’ market—easy walks. The setup of the house was perfect for us and the backyard is private and idyllic, despite the house being so centrally located. We can’t recommend it enough.

When we walked into the octagon treehouse, we couldn’t stop squealing, “how cool is this?!” Kim’s home is one of the most fun and interesting stays we’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. Kim and her family obviously have natural talent for hosting because the house was perfectly furnished with practical, comfortable and beautiful furniture and amenities, which made us feel at home right away. I can’t say enough nice things about our stay. It was wonderful from top to bottom thanks in large part to Kim’s recommendations and beautiful home. FYI, our young kids were obsessed with this house. We hope to be back again!

We loved staying in Juliane’s cozy little cottage! Our three kids thoroughly enjoyed the shaded outdoor space and it was wonderful that the yard is fenced in so I didn’t have to worry about wondering feet outside of the yard. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice that all the rooms had fans for additional comfort during the night. Juliane was a wonderful host and we’ll definitely be back!

The unit was ideal, facing the ocean and a short boardwalk stroll to the beach! The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet at night. We quickly felt at home and had everything we needed! Dorothy was easy to communicate with and her directions perfectly clear. The beach bar is steps away and perfect for a simple lunch by the pool. Once leaving the resort, the array of amazing restaurants within a short 5-10 minute drive was more than we expected! As per our note to Dorothy when we left, we will absolutely be back on our next trip to Hilton Head!

My husband and I recently stayed at this condo for 7 days and had a wonderful time. The view of the beach and the pool was beautiful. We got to see 3 turtles in the pond by the pool. It is just steps from the pool and beach. The condo was very clean on arrival, and you have all that you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The smart TVs worked well without issue. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms to use after being at the beach. It is about 15 min to activities and restaurants. We had a great time at Low Country Watersports and did a Craig Cat tour (look it up!) and jet skis and had a blast. We also did a dinner cruise through through Vagabond tours at Harbour Town Pier. The views from the lighthouse were amazing with breathtaking sunsets. We had great food at The Crazy Crab (try the gumbo). It is only about an hour away from Savannah, so it’s very easy to take a day trip. Bed is super comfy!! Overall, the condo was a fantastic place to stay! We would definitely stay again!!

Had a fabulous stay at Mike and Rachel’s home. Love the location, especially that it was on the beach especially since we have children. The unit was spacious, clean and just as described. Had plenty of games and TVs in all rooms for watching shows or movies. Parking was very convenient and fit our mid size suv under the covered garage area right by elevator to our unit. Condo was super easy to get to on the first floor and definitely oceanfront. Although we were on the first floor, we could still see 98% of the ocean over the dunes and easily hear the waves crashing from the balcony. We got to see a family of rabbits hopping through the dune grasses and 99.9% of the time no one is seen between our balcony and the ocean… giving the feeling of seclusion in a populated area. Everything worked as it should in every room in the condo… fantastic TVs, extremely good shower heads, sturdy beach chairs, stout beach umbrella w/ anchor, comfortable plush leather sofa, and a very comfy form fitting memory foam king bed with plenty of pillows for even the finicky sleeper. 99% of my kitchen needs were met…i’ll remember the cooking spray next time. The plush white sand was a pleasant surprise as well as how level and firm the sand gets when the tide goes out, great for bocce ball! BTW, just about any kind of tent, wind shade or popup is allowed on the beach.

Donna is an awesome host ! She is very thoughtful and kind and always makes sure everything is in top shape. This is our favorite HHI condo and our favorite host! Always a comfortable and wonderful experience! I’m an over packer but can relax and not pack as much for our trip because she has thought of everything! 10/10 will be back every year!!! This is our second time at this condo and we will be back! It’s absolutely perfect for our family. We love the chill atmosphere of the condo community, the pools, and the shady paths. The beach area is quiet and relaxed, but it’s not that open ocean vibe (fine for us). We had a great time walking way out at low tide. My kids are completely obsessed with the pool.
