The renovation in 2020 has preserved its historic charm while introducing all the modern comforts you could need. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with high ceilings and tasteful decor that perfectly balances the old-world character with contemporary elegance. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the immaculate cleanliness, made us feel completely at home. The peaceful farm setting was the perfect escape from the bustle of everyday life. Waking up to breathtaking views of the Karoo landscape and the gentle sounds of nature was a highlight of our trip. My mom and I only stayed for one night, but it was a wonderful stay. The mattress felt amazing and I slept like a baby! Jo-Anne and the hosts were wonderful. Stunning place, beautifully decorated and peaceful. Two nights stay would be great. Just relax in the quiet of the Karoo and the amazing night sky. Everything you need is there and the house and finishings are all still new. We will definately book here again on our next trip to Cape Town. A really special place.
