a great stay of 2 nights, small cottage very well equipped, a peaceful and very quiet place I was greeted by their son and I then saw the owners both were very cordial and very friendly! a perfect cottage to be in peace near nature! pets accepted at no extra cost, which is not common 😊 cleaning equipment in the cottage, which allows you to do a little cleaning before leaving 😊 The mini plus in my opinion would be a fenced area for the dogs, but it's really not a flaw, far from it. Otherwise, thank you again for this weekend in your cottage and if the opportunity arises I will not hesitate to come back. I recommend this cottage without a problem! Very good value for money! Very responsive and very friendly hosts! Pure happiness.

Close proximity to the local town in beautiful surroundings, and the apartment was comfortable, well appointed and quiet. Sophie was a great host, made everything easy for us, quick to respond and very welcoming. Would love to stay here again!

The apartment is within east walking to the heart of Sancerre, which has a number of good bars and restaurants, and wine tasting options. It is just as described with some lovely views over the vineyards. There is also ample free on street parking close by. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for a couple.

Merry and Sébastien are very welcoming and helpful. They are responsive to our questions. The bed is made on arrival and very comfortable. The ground floor apartment, with access to the garden, is very well soundproofed. The only small downside: to specify or highlight in the listing, that we must bring "bath towels, dish towels and dishwashing products".

We were able to enjoy our weekend of trail and cellar visits. Close to Sancerre, breakfast included and the apartment is cool and equipped with a fan, very appreciable given the heat.

The flat was in a great location in the centre of Briare, but quiet. Apartment was as described and we felt at home. Excellent restaurants, Boulangerie and bars close by. Very convenient for Loire a Velo. The hostess was great and even dropped off a fan, as it was exceptionally hot. This was very much appreciated.

the apartment is as described, check-in and communication were easy. There was a small water leak in the toilet, which did not bother my stay.

Monique's apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the city but on a very quiet little street. It is very well-equipped, very clean and the bedding is of high quality. Monique is very responsive. I would highly recommend it if you stop in this charming little town.
