Aurelie's home was a wonderful place to stay. Clean and well positioned in the Melbourne suburbs. Great communication from host on arrival and departure. Nice touches of a welcome gift and message. Couldn't fault.

The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

The house is lovely and very big. Suited us as we all wanted seperate rooms and our own bathrooms so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was great. We did not use the pool or spa so I can’t comment on that. Lively Properties’s were easy to deal with and gave excellent instructions for the property. Would be happy to to use Lively again if we head back for another stay.

Eric couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Their starter kitchen breakfast was perfect and delicious. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding extremely comfortable. We’d flown over from Scotland, so comfort was important. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great clean and tidy place

Magdalena was lovely and helpful, always responsive to messages. The house was clean and in a quiet location. It was also within walking distance to the beach, shops and train station. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!

Saku's house/ bungalow was exactly what we needed. My brother and I were in the area because of responsibilities relating to elderly parents. We had space to sort through belongings, and to relax in the evenings. We always found a parking spot on the road for the second car. When the wind dropped, we enjoyed sunsets walking along the beach. In warm weather it would be a great base for swimming and playing. There are 2 crossing lights reasonably close on Beach Road, or you can look for a break in traffic.

Our family stayed for just over a month and enjoyed the house! We appreciated the four bedrooms with individual AC/heat and comfy beds and bedding. The view of the ocean was amazing from the two bedrooms on that side of the house. The back green space connects directly to a wonderful beach for walking. The air hockey table was fun, and kiddo really appreciated the large number of books to read! Our kiddo went to Edithvale Primary School while we stayed at the house, and they really enjoyed it. Restaurants and train station are an easy ~10-15 min walk. Highly recommend!

Joanne was a great host! The house was exactly as advertised and a great location with many different restaurants and amenities within walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay just outside Melbourne.

The property was well-maintained, cosy and neat. There was alot of space for our party of 9. It will be great if there is a dryer within the property for winter period.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The house was incredibly spacious and comfortably fit our group of 10. Street parking was easy and the neighbourhood felt very safe. The kids especially loved the TV/entertainment room — it was warm, cozy, and had large comfy sofas perfect for relaxing after a day out. Communication with the host was seamless. Joe was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location was fantastic — close to Coles, Woolworths, and Chadstone Shopping Centre, so everything we needed was just a short drive away. Check-in and check-out were both very easy, and the house itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need — it really felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Melbourne. Highly recommend!

Great location for our 5 man golf trip. Easy access to golf courses with some really good coffee shops nearby. Also an easy drive to Mornington. The place was clean and very well presented. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

We have been spending 7 days at the house of Lisa and has been a great experience in one of the best neighborehoods in Melbourne. The house is very well kept and is extremely well equipped - including toys that kids loved to play with and kept them busy! We loved all the space and the garden behind the house was very nice and full of flowers and trees. Lisa has been with Ryan great hosts and always present - including offering to buy some groceries as we arrived late on Sunday and all was closed. Definitely we will come back! Thanks again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The indoor-outdoor room was a real highlight—it created such a beautiful, open space to relax and enjoy both the home and the outdoors. We spent so much time there just unwinding, having meals, and soaking up the atmosphere. It made the whole stay feel like a luxury retreat. The rest of the home was equally impressive—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. This place had everything we needed and more. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
