Lovely Stay, Lovely Hosts. Prime location for our needs which involved a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. The minor oversights, were promptly addressed as soon as hosts were notified. Appreciated the ease of check-in and check-out, the communication between host, the cleanliness of the house, cute decor, and homey vibe. Great stay. Would recommend and would stay again. My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

Everything went as smoothly as possible. Amy was excellent at her communication. The frequent emails with information was very useful. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely consider staying there again if traveling to the Hamilton area again.

Our family of 20 had such a great time. This historic home has been beautifully restored, and we could see and appreciate its original aspects. The staircase, the high ceilings, and the gorgeous decor took us back in time. The updates were much appreciated as well - the swimming pool, the standup video games, the pool table, as well as the updated kitchen. Our grandchildren enjoyed swimming and then walking down to the corner ice cream shop!

Taylor and Ryan were amazing hosts! The house was absolutely amazing and perfect! The interior design is so beautiful and stunning! I highly recommend this house and hosts! Wow! Such a great host. Tyianna responded within minutes when an issue arose. Beautiful home, spotless, warm and welcoming. Had three kiddos with us and there was so much to do. The game room in the lower lever, numerous board games, and of course the pool. We swam every day! We were extremely happy with our stay and will probably check on renting it again next summer, thank you Tyanna! Chris Hintz

Thanks for such a lovely place to stay. The sunflower touches were beautiful. I loved how it felt so warm and like I was stepping back in time to a beautiful little farmhouse. Everything was spotless and tasteful. I’m looking forward to returning later in the summer!

Beautiful home with great amenities. The host was responsive and instructions were precise. In a quiet/safe neighborhood with an interesting array of houses. We will definitely stay there again if we need a place to stay while in Beaver Creek.

The house is incredible. Love the decor and the kitchen was amazing. Wonderful place for our girls get away.

Carla’s place was very clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants nearby and close to the National Museum of the Air Force.

This place was perfect for our family of 3 visiting a friend at the air force base. We loved hanging out on the back deck (and enjoyed the fireflies in the evening). We felt really comfortable and the house had everything we needed to cook dinners at home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Tamara was very responsive and the best air bnb host! We really enjoyed our little vacation.

Samantha's place was as described. We didn't have enough towels to start out but Samantha quickly fixed that by sending more towels to the house. We had an issue with the door knobs not turning and getting locked in a bedroom and bathroom but it wasn't a big deal we found it funny. I did let her know to get those checked out. We had a great stay and would recommend this house to other guests. Samantha was very responsive and helpful.

Shakertown Cottage was a very pleasant country stay. We only tried the main bed but it was quite comfortable. Lovely property and home.

This place is an absolute gem — just as gorgeous as the photos (maybe even better in person!). It’s got this warm, feel-good energy that made us relax the second we walked in. Super clean, super cozy, and in a really sweet neighborhood. We were in town to hang out with friends in Yellow Springs, and the drive wasn’t bad at all — totally worth it for such a comfy home base. The beds and pillows? Chef’s kiss — so comfy we joked that we might’ve been the first people to ever sleep there! All in all, a fantastic stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat! 💛

Very nice home. Very easy access off of I-35 which made it easy to explore Fairburn and Dayton throughout our stay. The backyard was very peaceful and relaxing. The gift basket with the local treats was an wonderful touch. Very easy checkout instructions. We will forever have the memory of roosting marshmallows over the fire pit. We would stay again when in the area.

Loved this house. Great location for visiting family. We comfortably slept 2 sets of couples, grandma, a toddler, and a baby! So nice having a kitchen with good supplies, washer & dryer, great towels and bedding. Amazing having Kroger right across the street, but not on the busy street. Close to lots of restaurants. Close to the freeway. So nice having a pack n play and high chair provided. Hosts were great.

The Schoolhouse was one of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed at. Kacey has thought of everything. We especially enjoyed the fire pit area. The beds were especially comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we could possibly need. This is a fantastic place that is conveniently located but in a peaceful and private setting. I highly recommend the Schoolhouse.

Our family enjoyed staying at this Airbnb property very much! Maria was so helpful and wanted to make sure our stay was a 5 star experience. This home is so beautiful and very comfortable! I only wish we had more vacation time to stay longer. Before arriving at the property I asked her if she had any games? She asked me what games do you like and ordered some which were waiting at the front door on our arrival. So sweet! :) Thank you Maria! Also one day we were having issues with the internet and Maria sent someone over right away to help us with the modem and the internet worked great the remaining time. When we return the Fairborn area in the future we will definitely be booking this property again! Such a wonderful visit!! :) Thank you!

Love this place. It used to be an old meat market back in the day, converted to a modern/rustic loft-type. Really cool. Spapcious. Great if you have a big family or group you're staying with. Not much to do in the immediate area, but it's not far from downtown, UD, The Greene. Hosts made check-in/out super easy. Highly reccomend.

The house was exactly as advertised. It was in a good location, quiet neighborhood, close to area attractions. We will definitely look to see if it is available next time we come to Dayton.

We were blown away by this AirBnB! The interior was impeccably appointed with every little amenity thought of. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The area was quiet within steps to a trailhead in beautiful Clifton Gorge. The hosts were super helpful and communicative but not at all intrusive. We are planning to come back asap!

Tani’s place was very clean and comfortable! In a nice neighborhood on east side Dayton. The photos are an accurate depiction of what’s inside. An overall good experience!

The host was extremely responsive. Check out procedures were simple and easy. That was very appreciated! This is our second stay here and it certainly won’t be our last!
