Cottage sleeps 10, Hot Tub, Snowdonia, Log Burner

KatherineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A very nice property for our party of 10. The kitchen had lots of utensils and there was plenty of storage throughout the property. It was handy having bathrooms on each floor and ensuites. Fans provided if it was hot and little torches for at night. The bunk beds were squeaky and a bit rocky so only suitable for younger children, otherwise the other beds were very comfortable. Parking wasn't a problem, we had 3 cars and managed to park 2 close to the property everyday, the 3rd we had to park a little further down the road.

Beudy Mawr cottage & private Hot Tub | Snowdonia

DimitrisRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Spent a wonderful couple of nights in a pristine cottage, surrounded by nature but also very close to everything N. Wales has to offer. Lliwen was an excellent host, proactive and responsive, and felt immediately welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Superb hot tub cottage with views of Snowdon!

MattRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely cottage and surroundings. Fantastic host. Highly recommend. Unfortunately I had an accident in the mountains which curtailed our trip. Ian was very accommodating and to our surprise (completely unexpected) provided a partial refund - thank you :)

2 bed /2 bath luxury barn conversion with hot tub

AlisonRating, 5 stars1 day ago
This was our second stay in Sarnau and we enjoyed our four nights as much as our first visit. The property is just lovely. In a beautiful location. Peaceful but easy to get to places. It’s extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean and with fabulous hosts where nothing is too much trouble. We find it a great location to do lots in the area and this time we visited the coast twice which is less than an hour away. Highly recommend and we hope to be back.

Mountain Views, close to Snowdon & stunning beachs

ClaireRating, 5 stars2 days ago
A fantastic cottage for an old group of friends to reminisce and explore Snowdonia. Everyone really enjoyed the stay, spending most of the down time in the huge kitchen. Lovely house for a group - everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean and everything had been thought about which is really appreciated. Angharad was great throughout - flexible, helpful and really responsive. Definitely recommend and huge thanks :-)

2 bedroom cottage on Snowdon

JohnRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and picturesque. Although hosts live on same block we only saw them when arriving or leaving. Driveway is narrow. Garden is virtually private for guests use and has great outlook over (up?) mountains and across stream, which provides a pleasant lullaby at night. Cottage provides all you need for a comfortable stay, except a washing machine, which wouldn't fit. However, Lisa did offer to run a wash through her machine for us if needed. Great place to stay for climbing, walking and enjoying Snowdonia. Comfortable for two, squeezy for four, unless you're really good friends! Lisa was very helpful and responsive to requests but did not intrude. She quickly changed the heating to suit us during a chilly couple of days. Good value and highly recommended.

Characterful 17th Century Barn Conversion

DeepthaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The house was full of charm cosy stone walls, a high-beamed ceiling, and a beautiful surrounding garden with ferns and wildflowers that made it feel like a peaceful retreat. Everything we needed was there, and the detailed guidebook was really handy for settling in and exploring the area. Even though we didn’t meet Belinda in person, check-in was smooth via a lockbox and she was incredibly responsive and helpful over messages. It really felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re after a tranquil countryside escape.

Cwt Y Ci - Barn Conversion Snowdonia & Zip world

AndreaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely cosy cottage handily located near to Snowdon. Property was very clean and well stocked, although it should be noted that there isn't a dishwasher (host did offer to get her cleaner to do our washing up but we declined). Kerry is a very friendly and responsive host and we really enjoyed our eggs at breakfast that had been freshly laid by her chickens. Thank you for a wonderful stay - except for the weather but some things are outside of anyone's control!!

Cute cottage in a picturesque remote area. Very peaceful and relaxing. Though quite close to nearby towns and beaches and rural walks. The cottage is well equipped and has everything you need. Communication with Mirka was very easy and we knew she was there is we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

The Grooms Quarters

JonathanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We were due to stay here in May 2020 but got locked in China for 3 years, but eventually we got here and so happy we did. What a wonderful place! loved Everything was ‘as advertised’ and more, with a bara brith and bottle of prosecco left for us. Thanks Joanne. Some suggestions for future visitors. The Ranger path starts a mile away and parking actually can be tight there so plan for this. The pub up the road is walkable on the main road as well as a longer path from the back of the church, through farmland. Pub is ok, enough said . Next to here is Waunfawr train station where on some days it is possible to get the steam train into Caernarfon. Single tickets £10, can’t buy online, but look at timetable as this is not a regular train. Bus back £3:20. Closest garage, Shell, is up towards Canaerfon, and they also have a Londis supermarket and large selection of chilled alcohol. Down the road is Beddgelert with lovely views, as well as ice cream and takeaway pizza from Glaslyn’s. Enjoy!

Ty Coch Annex. Fantastic Views over Snowdon

TerenceRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is a really great place to stay. Nestled on a steep hillside with partial views of the lake and over to Mount Snowdon. It’s important to follow the location instructions - we used ‘what three words’ and had no issues. Inside the property is interesting, cosy and the log burner is a treat after a hard days walking. Steve and Jo are lovely friendly hosts, though never obtrusive. We will definitely book again.

Bwthyn Ellis a cosy grade 2 listed welsh cottage .

CaroleRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We received a lovely warm welcome from Tracey. The cottage was super comfy, cosy and spotlessly clean. Tracey had clearly put a lot of thought into providing everything guests could possibly need. The location was also great giving easy access to Snowdonia, the coast and Anglesey. Parking right outside the front door is always a plus. We had a really enjoyable few days at the cottage and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Restored Quarrymans Cottage nr Snowdon Tan y Craig

DavidRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Had a great stay with my 4 year old daughter. The location is fantastic and has great cafe opposite, Nick also was helpful with recommendations as to where to paddle board from close by. The bed was comfortable and fit us both well, the stairs were steep as it says in the welcome book but no issue unless you have mobility issues. Kitchen was simple and adequate for what we needed. My only recommendation is that the addition of a proper cooking knife would be helpful and a large frying pan. I ended up buying these myself and bringing home with me. Other than that, the place was great. Warm and cosy. Nice to be free of distractions for my daughter and the playground down the road was a lucky addition too. I’ll most likely stay again in the future. Thank you!

A Peaceful Country Cottage.

SamanthaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Myself and a friend have just returned from a two night stay at the cottage and it was perfect. We had the most incredible welcome from the family. The cottage had everything we needed and it was so beautiful. The sound of the birds and the owls were really beautiful. The cottage was close to the mountains and really close to the sea, so much to explore in the area. Thank you for a really wonderful stay.

Gateway to the Carneddau 2-bed Quarryman's Cottage

WillRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Jim & Anna’s place was perfect for our snowdonia getaway. The house was beautiful and even bigger than the photos showed. We had a great time exploring the woods from the back garden and were only a short bus ride from Llyn Ogwen for our walk up tryfan. (Bus also took us straight from Bangor train station to within 5 mins walk of the property) Price was very fair for 2 of us and would have been incredibly cheap if split between 4. Cannot recommend this place highly enough and we hope to return.

Bwthyn Derw

SilviaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
The cottage "Bwthyn Derw" is located in a quiet area with great views of the mountains. Despite the quiet location, all sights can be reached in a short time. Sally and Sam had described the journey well. We particularly liked the electric fireplace. Otherwise, the cottage was well equipped with everything you need. We had a visit from dear cat Murphy and two lost sheep. Since we felt completely comfortable, we would definitely recommend this accommodation. If we travel to the Conwy Valley again, we would book the cottage again. Thank you for the delicious scones!

Beudy Bach cottage with view of the Menai Strait

SamRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Beautiful cottage in a quiet location, had everything we needed to feel at home. Easy to park with plenty of space to unload. Lots of useful storage space, appliances etc. BBQ hut was a nice bonus with lovely views across the Strait. Paul and Sam were friendly hosts and quick to respond to any messages. Very good for a couple. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
