Holiday rentals with lake access in Beechworth

Well appointed, clean and tidy. Within walking distance of the Main Street (less than 10 minutes) comfortable beds. Elizabeth was easy to contact and always friendly and helpfull.

Absolutely stunning property with breathtaking views and a great layout inside. Everything worked perfectly with regard to kitchen equipment, heating, hot water, wifi and TV. Sunrise and sunsets are special times to take in the views. It was a quiet getaway by friends to celebrate a birthday. Everyone left with great memories. Thanks 🙏

Rachael's home was the perfect space for our large annual getaway with friends. Lots of space for young kids to run freely, both inside and outside, and jam packed with everything you could possibly need for a large group stay. Was impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was - we never ran out of cutlery, crockery, and having a dishwasher was a gamechanger. 3 full bathrooms was also great for our numbers. Only things that I would consider to be an enhancement for the property is if there would have been an outdoor heater in the patio - in the cold of winter, it was really icy so having that would have made it a lot more comfortable. Also, the trampoline had seen better days. The zip was broken, so with young kids, it was a little bit of a hazard and meant an adult had to be standing at the entry every time a child was using it. Rachael was an accommodating host, super responsive and helpful with any queries we had. We look forward to returning in warmer months in the future!

Great cottage to stay in. Clean, cozy and warm. Denton was wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend this property, plenty to see around Lake Hume. We will be back for sure!

It was our second time staying at Woodbine Waters. We absolutely love this house, the waterfront, jetty and pool are always big ticks for our long summer holiday weekend as a family. Enough room for my parents, my 3 sisters and their husbands, myself and partner. Karen, Kath and Trudie from waterfront Holiday houses are wonderful hosts, easy to contact and super helpful. We will be back!

Great central location , loved everything about the accommodation, perfect for families with kids , spacious outdoor with seating and fire pit in the back yard ., kids loved toasting marshmallows!The elegant decor of the rooms, clean and comfortable rooms made peaceful stay. Michelle’s place was perfect for our group’s weekend away. House was way bigger than expected and beautifully appointed. Putting green and outdoor area were a favourite for us. Would 100% stay here again

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in the Alpines! The property was spotless, with clean bathrooms and well-maintained amenities. The pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One particularly helpful feature was the Tesla charger, which made traveling with our electric car incredibly convenient. The only downside was that the internet wasn’t working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. However, everything else about the house more than made up for it. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming back in the future!

Kathryn’s place was so warm and inviting. Everthing you would need is in the unit. Magazines, games, washing machine which was very handy. The unit was spotless and the decor was really beautiful. The pub was 7 min walking distance. Had dinner there one night and the food was excellent. Benalla was a lovely place to visit and so was Kathryn’ s Airbnb. Thank you Kathryn

Nina is a nice person, instructed everything clearly and explained about everything.The location was ideal, with stunning views. We loved staying at Madelynne’s place! We spent the week skiing at Falls Creek and it was so conveniently located, not too far down the mountain. This meant we only had short trips in each day and got to enjoy the great restaurants at Falls with plenty of time to head home for a good rest. The place itself is in a beautiful location. Great self-contained space with an en-suite, kitchenette and everything we needed given our main focus was spending time up the mountain. Madelynne was especially accommodating letting us charge our EV overnight. This was a great help as it can be challenging trying to charge at Falls Creek when it’s busy. Overall, great place, great value for money, and highly recommend to any other skiers or snowboarders!

The cottage was the perfect alternative for us as we wanted somewhere we could prepare our own meals. The kitchen was easy to work in and all the items we needed to prepare and eat meals were provided. (I sometimes judge a place by its tea towels and Kerry’s were a generous size and absorbent, and there was even a second one in the cupboard. ☺️) We needed to wash a couple of items of clothing so it was great to have access to a washing machine and dryer. I was delighted to find some washing powder in the cupboard as well. Kerry had put the heating on for us, as well as a couple of lamps, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It is this attention to detail that we very much appreciated.

Toni was extremely helpful with information about things to do in the area and also very helpful with any questions we had and made it very easy to check in and out of the property. This is a great place to say, extremely privet with lots of room and one of the best views at a place we’ve ever stayed at, we will definitely be booking again in the future

This was the perfect stay for us. We didn’t want expensive luxury. Just a quiet get away, not too pricey and to live comfortably. That is what we got! It felt like home. Pet friendly is such a bonus, my dog loved exploring the back yard and sitting on the outside dog bed provided. Wonderful lake views, big TV, modern kitchen, laundry, air con, backyard fire pit and outdoor seating plus front porch seating as well. The heart of the town and lake are walking distance. Simmone when needed, was accomodating, kind, understanding and helpful. But she really just let us do our thing and enjoy our holiday. I will be returning very soon. This is my new Beechworth accom ! Thanks again, looking forward to next time!

It was great to stay at Kerrin’s cottage. The place has breathtaking views for sunset and is very close to Great Victorian Trail. Absolutely loved staying here.

Beautiful grounds, private, perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, rail trail next door, MacNamara cottage has a great layout, lots of space for everyone with separate areas for reading or watching TV, outdoor space is practical. We loved our stay!

Property was great for our little getaway, really close to town making it perfect to park and just walk everywhere! Kitchen had everything you needed for meal preparation.

We are return visitors, the property could not be in a better position. The best lake views from the deck, a very short walk to the lake and plenty of room to launch your boat or jet ski (4wd required) The home is very well equipped and has everything you could need for family time away. You are required to bring your own sheets and towels but that’s no big deal! We have two small dogs that were free to roam the secure property, also has a spacious dog run.
