The house is as we were told, it has everything and it's great Communication was great The only one but that we can put is that right behind there is a fruit shop and they were from 9:00 in the morning until 24 at night doing some jaleo, but it was bearable Thanks for everything and recommended The village is beautiful and the beach fantastic

We loved our short stay at D.'s house. Maria, who is a kind and very helpful person. The house was a great surprise, as it is nicer in person than in the photos. The private patio with barbecue, table and sun loungers is inviting to a good late afternoon. The house is very well located, 2 minutes by car from Melides beach (or 10 minutes on foot). We look forward to returning soon!

The service was very good. The landlady was very nice, helpful and the communication was very good and all questions were answered very quickly.

Good place to stay with kids. Close to the Almograve Beach and around 30 min by car to dozens of other beaches north or south. The house has all the equipment for a nice stay.

The house is extremely well-equipped, in a perfect location, with views of the river even better than shown on the listing. Alcoutim is a delightful village, and the house is ideal for enjoying time relaxing, watching life on the river. We used both terraces and when it was a bit too hot, the huge kitchen was lovely and cool. The location would be good for visiting much of the area, which is interesting, but we were too busy just relaxing as the house was so nice to be in.

Always relaxing and beautiful

The house is large and comfortable, it has all the amenities to make you feel at home. Outside, there is a large plot of land with fruit trees and animals. Access to the house is easy.

Luis from the first contact was always very much available. Of highlighting the location of the property that is located in a quiet housing area, it transmitted security, with great accessibility to several points of interest.

Pedro's accommodation was great. The kitchen had everything you needed. From the apartment you could walk wonderfully along the fishing trail and walk to great beaches! There are shopping opportunities and great restaurants with fresh fish!

From the first moment, we feel at home. The arrival was well signaled, but the real charm began as soon as we crossed the gates of Quinta Adega das Vinhas Novas. There was Baga (the sweet mascot of the house, a serene Jack Russell who greeted us with the most welcoming look). Soon after, we met D. Zezinha, a true person's heart, who guided us to our home: Casa Baga. And what a wonderful surprise… The decoration is simply stunning (a perfect balance between rustic and modern). We had the privilege of taking a guided tour of the winery, conducted with affection by Dona Zezinha and Mr. Nuno. They shared with us memories and stories with soul (especially those of Grandfather Zé, who still seem to live in the walls of that place). We tasted the wines, learned about each one as if it were a piece of history. We ended the day at the pool, with a breathtaking view. For us, it was more than a stay. It was a soulful experience.

They were beautiful days in Alice's private cottage. The beach is around the corner and it's a beautiful area. I would love to come back here again and again!

We felt very comfortable at the place. The house, kitchen and bathroom are super equipped, nothing was missing. Beautiful sunsets in a lonely location. Beautiful beaches as well as a small place with restaurants are each within walking distance.

We loved our stay! The house was pristinely clean and equipped with all we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house has many details that make it comfortable and very functional (excellent mosquito nets!). The beaches are beautiful and there is plenty to explore. In addition, the boards and bikes available were a great extra. The street is very quiet and is within walking distance, to supermarkets and restaurants. Pedro was always very attentive and even allowed us to check in the morning. I recommend it!

We spent 3 nights in this very well located (2 min walk to the downtown and beach!), very modern and bright and spaceous cute space. Would stay here again!
