I have stayed in this building several times, in different Airbnb, and this one is by far the cleanest and most comfortable I have booked. That said, I was already in love with the building and its amenities. I would recommend it in a second.

Mathilda's place is so far the best place I have been in my Airbnb history. I felt like home, place is clean, has nice decoration, Disney on TV, pillows are so comfortable, you can tell by little details she takes care of it. Mathilda is very kind and I would 100 % recommend anyone to stay at her place.

Amazing place to stay, very strategic location if you commute around south Jakarta area. Not too far away from MRT station. You can have a morning walk/run safely around the neighborhood. This is an old unit but very well maintained, very comfortable for the four of us. If you bring your car there are plenty of parking space, but make sure the host register your car to the building management before your arrival for free parking membership. Carlina is sometimes slow to respond, but at the end we sort things up well. Thank you Carlina!

We found Lawrence's apartment to he very clean and well designed for both of our stays there. With everything new and clean, 2 this inthe Bedroom and the Lounge Room, fats elevators, security and a concierge along with being a very short walk to the Aeon Shopping Mall with all the services you'd expect. Lawrence was fantastic to deal with when checking in and checking out. Lawrence was very fast to respond to any messages we sent and very helpful. We highly recommend Lawrence as a Host to anyone staying for a short or longer term stay.

The place is very strategic, close to the known Cikajang street with its famous Bakmi Boy Santa and the Pasar Santa itself. Everything is good and handy in the apartment, we like it very much. Thank you!

Overall it was a nice experience staying at Jovito’s place. Some highlights: 1. Amazed with the well scented atmosphere and it fully fufilled the entire air. 2. Very easy and seamless check in & out process, clear guidelines and friendly communication. 3. All the listed facilities in the description were well provided, real condition is 1:1 to the preview shots and the one that ‘s beyond expectation was that He provided the prayer kit 😇 I’ll absolutely recommend this room to you guys and will definetely re-book again in the future! A Comfortable Stay in Bogor Icon I recently stayed at this Airbnb apartment in Bogor Icon and had a mostly great experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to various amenities and attractions. The swimming pool is a lovely touch, and I enjoyed taking a dip during my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities, including eating utensils, water, and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, which was convenient for preparing meals. The water heater in the shower was also a nice touch. However, there were a couple of downsides to my stay. The parking fee was quite steep at Rp80,000 for a 16-hour stay. Additionally, the bed was on the firmer side, which might not be suitable for everyone. Despite these minor issues, I still had a fun and comfortable stay at this apartment. The host was responsive, and the overall experience was pleasant. Thank you!

I stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. The bed was super comfy, and I liked how bright the place gets in the morning. The big window was great too, nice view of the neighborhood and its beautiful houses, especially while working. I also loved having an Indomaret right inside the building, super convenient, and the spacious, bright lobby was a great spot to work from. Deyna was such a kind, helpful, and friendly host. I also tried her recommendations: loved the bebek meal (ordered twice) and the florist (also ordered twice). Having fresh flowers made the space feel even nicer. Would definitely stay again! For longer stays, just a heads up that parking in the building is paid by the hour. The cost can add up, so it is something to factor into the budget.

Wonderful apartment with a good view. Clear instructions made check in easy. Building staff are very friendly. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped. holding has great amenities including a gym, infinity pool, and laundry service in the basement (turnaround in ~3 hours)

One of the best airbnb that i stayed in! the checkin was very easy, the host is helpful and responsive, and the place… very COOL! The place was clean, cozy, and beautiful. I was worried that it would be hot since it has a high glass windows but they provided 4 AC so it was actually very cool inside. And I can’t believe that this place is under 1mil rupiah! Will definitely comeback for this one if i’m in bsd!

Definitely worth staying. You are in south Jakarta in the best neighborhood with everything around you. I enjoyed it.

Very easy to get inside rudy was helpful with clear instructions. Nice pool area and apartment was clean- perfect for 1-2 nights stay in Jakarta.

Unfortunately, my stay didn’t meet expectations due to the location being different from what was advertised or implied. The listing suggested it was in a specific area, but upon arrival I found it was actually (west) quite far from where I expected to be. I recommend that the host clarify the exact location more accurately in the listing to avoid confusion for future guests. The space itself was clean and matched the photos, and the host was responsive, which I appreciated.

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

Beautiful, clean, nice smell in the unit and charming! We cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. We hope to be back someday! The view from the property is stunning. We have a bit technical issue during check in but Jacqueline and Shimon was very responsive to settle it. .

Love the whole experience staying at Mario’s listing. The apartment units are clean and guest facilities are amazing too, beautiful swimming pools and cozy pool lounge. I’d recommend this place as it’s so strategically located in central Jakarta, where you can go to Grand Indonesia only 10 mins by taxi or you can walk easily to MRT station. Also if you like just stay indoors, at downstairs there is Spanish 😋 and Japanese restaurant which I like to go when I stayed here. Overall, it was an enjoyable stayed at Sudirman suites, Mario has been very helpful and responsive to get everything sorted for you. Great services by Mario and his teams. Thank you.

I had a wonderful staycation at AirbnW. The location is very strategic, making it easy to get around the city. The place itself felt just like home—cozy, clean, and well-maintained.
