A fűtött 60nm-es teraszon a 10 személyes elektromosan fűthető dézsa, pihenő kanapék és étkező is van. A kertben ott a strandröplabda pálya és a lovak is.

The 200 –Year-Old Apartment opened its doors in the centre of Gyula in March 2016.It is located behind The Erkel square , Reformed Church, the Town Hall and in the One Hundred Year-old Confectionery neighborhood. Gyula sights are only a few minutes' walk away on foot . The Gyula Castle and the Castle Spa is a 10-minute walk away. Supermarkets and restaurants are near the apartment.

On the waterfront guests can use boats and water bicycles (free of charge). The cottage is winterized.

We recommend it for those who like to relax in nature, want to relax, or would like to walk in the nearby Fáczános forest, on the Körös shore. Entertainment is provided by a jacuzzi, an outdoor grill, a trampoline for children, animals, and a huge area suitable for hide and seek.
