Holiday rentals with a patio in Bel-air

Our stay was enjoyable and met expectations. Cleanliness: The unit is spotless. No issue with the maintenance. Amenities: Complete - Fast WIFI no interruptions, kitchenwares are complete and easy to use. Location & Accessibility: The location is convenient for transportation and neighborhood vibe. Interaction: The host is responsive and accommodating, so is the care taker of the unit. The price was fair for what we received. Improvements: Dining chairs needs replacement, not durable. We enjoyed our overall stay.

Regina’s place was just what we needed for a quick weekday stay. Everything felt very homey and clean. The location was walkable to restaurants and even the Greenbelt mall. Would recommend her place to anyone!

WHAT A VIEW!

Dhine's place was divine. One of the best views of any Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The studio is on the 53rd floor and from the balcony you can see an absolutely breath-taking view of Manila. The studio was clean and comfortable. And the swimming pool was also amazing. Dhine is an amazing host. She's very responsive and a very considerate person. I had a great time being her guest and would book this studio again when I visit Manila. Recommended to anyone visiting Manila.

My family and I had a lovely couple of nights at the home. It was up to date and modern, light and airy and well kept. Gail and Conchinita were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly.

Stayed at Marvin’s place for 7 nights and had a great time. The place was super clean and in a really convenient location ☺️ close to everywhere we wanted to go. Marvin was easy to communicate with and made everything smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

I booked the perfect place to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The rockwell view was gonna be another surprise for her but unfortunately, the building lights are out that day, lol. The host is so nice, accommodating and very considerate. We had a wonderful stay, definitely gonna book again. :)

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

Joan’s place was just as presented in Airbnb website. ACs in every room, really nice rooftop terrace to hang. She was externally friendly, responded fast and gave us so many recommendations for restaurants, local transport. She welcomed us personally, tour us the house. There was a cold water prepared, some snacks and presents. We felt awesome hospitality. Cheryl on top was her home-made cake she brought. Strongly RECOMMEND!

I had a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described —clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I really enjoyed the Japanese-inspired vibe. The overall aesthetic was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax. I slept well, cooked meals, and spent time unwinding with Netflix. Communication with Christine was excellent—she was proactive in checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I’m in Pasay City. Thank you!

I’m giving Anthony 5 stars because his hospitality was the best I’ve ever received out of any airbnb in the last 10+ years. He would respond immediately to questions at 3am even, which made me feel bad. However, some minor criticisms of the building are that two of the elevators were down for most of my stay so it took forever to go up and down to the 54th floor. Also, the pest control spraying every two weeks is a little annoying for longer stays, but it is worth it because I didn’t see a single pest for my entire one month stay.

Host is very accommodating and gave clear instructions. Room was clean and easy to get to. Everything was spotless and host responds quickly. No hassle at all with everything. Highly recommended if you’re going to stay in Makati area :)

We had a relaxing and enjoyable staycation. The place was clean and cozy, the scenic view was calming and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

Very nice place! I booked the place since it's near my training in Seda. Apparently, I ended up with higher fever but still pushed through with the stay since it has been paid. The place was so clean and cozy since it has a pretty great view from the balcony. Too bad I was not able to check nearby places due to my sickness. But all good, I ended up having the condo as my resting and recharging hub for 2 days.

It was the best decision to rent JM’s unit for 10 days. Even before I finalized my booking, JM was very patient and responsive with my queries. Since we had a long stay in Makati, I made sure that I know what not to bring anymore because JM have it in the unit already. From iron steamer, to hair dryer, to kitchen utensils and cookingware, JM like SM, got it all. We are very fortunate to have found this place. Another thing that I love most about the unit is its accessibility. It is very near the elevator and the unit is in the same floor as the amenities. It’s very lively since you can see people walking and running and swimming with just a peak from the unit’s dining area. It was truly a home away from home. I missed the place already. Thank you JM. You have been an outstanding host. Thank you also to the previous guests who made sure to leave reviews like these. It was really helpful to read how accommodating JM is, and that made us seal the deal to rent this place. Thank you, JM.

The place was as described - clean and homey. We actually live nearby and just needed a place to stay during a scheduled power interuption in our own condo. We only had to bring a few things since the place already includes all necessary appliances and kitchen essentials. Would definitely recommend staying in the area since it's near a lot of restos, malls and groceries. We had a comfortable stay.
