The apartment is beautifully designed, spacious, relaxing, and comfortable. What more could you ask for? We enjoyed our 3-night stay. Read some of the assembled books on birds and enjoyed delicious food at the local restaurants. Alice was a gracious and responsive host. You will truly love staying in her apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay at April’s private river retreat house. The apartment was very clean with lots of amenities. The travel toiletries were a nice surprise. We were about a 30 minute drive from Bar Harbor but it took close to an hour to get to some trailheads in Acadia NP. The weather got hot during our stay and April had her husband come to put the window AC in for us which was appreciated. Our only complaint was slow response time from the host during our stay and difficulty finding the driveway upon initial arrival. Google maps said the house was 3 doors closer on the road than it actually was. We would love to come back in the future!

Beautiful place! Felt like home away from home. Very clean and has all the essentials you might need for a vacation. Nancy and her husband were very friendly. Highly recommend!

The location is incredible! Ive never had such a great view. The place was clean and comfortable. Booth ay Harbor is very nice place to stay.

We had a lovely night at Audray’s place! The location & the views exceed expectations. It was clean, cozy and inviting. Edited to add- not reducing stars for this because we enjoyed the accommodations, but I want other travelers w/ pets to be aware: Audray reached out 24+ hours after we checked out to say her cleaning person reported “an excess of pet hair on furniture and linens than her washing machine could not handle”, and requested we mail her an extra $50 to cover special laundering. We sent $75 on platform instead as we were shocked and sorry to hear this. We found it surprising b/c were in the condo only 14 hours, we immediately covered the furniture w/ pet covers (we brought our own) upon arrival, we covered the beds w/ our own extra top sheets to protect the quilts from pet hair, & we do not let dogs sleep in the beds- we bring pet beds. We have only received compliments on cleanliness & exclusively 5 star reviews from hosts over 7 yrs and 23 stays all w/ multiple pets.

So peaceful but off season. So not sure how it would be with lots of traffic and people. But the private deck and entrance was wonderful. The water view couldn’t have been more up close and personal with the beautiful harbor. The place was clean and cozy. Perfect lighting. Didn’t watch tv once. A convenient common room for extra supplies or a cup of coffee. Staff was very friendly when we were checking out. No front desk attendant and none needed. They answer messages quickly!

Our stay at The Bee Keepers Cottage was amazing. The property met our needs perfectly and it was super cute and cozy. The host was very responsive and communicative. And for any star gazers out there, the sky on a clear night is mesmerizing.

A lovely, clean, cozy option that’s convenient to LDI, Brooklin, etc. Nancy is a wonderful host, and the place is quiet and peaceful.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The hosts couldn’t have been any nicer. We loved the space was perfect for our needs. It was close to all that we needed but nice and quiet. The extra touches in the house like fresh flowers were lovely. Highly recommend this place.

Great location. Woke up to the sounds of birds. very responsive. I would have given it a 5 star all the way, David was amazing and responded in a very timely manner. But, the turn over service could have been much better. The previous guest left a wine bottle in the automatic fridge ice dispenser and it was unfounded until my family found a large peice of glass in their drink, serious hazard to drink glass. Should have been spotted by the turn over service but, who would check the ice maker for a bottle a wine? I understand that. Very uncommon and unfortunate for us. David responded in a very fast manner and gave us options to accommodate the situation. I would have left a 5 star if this was the only thing but everything was so unorganized in the kitchen, they had everything but nothing made sense to why it was there. Sink didn't drain. There were also stains on the sheets and a pizza box left by the fridge that wasn't ours. Little things but the turn over service was a let down.

10/10 would recommend Dana’s place! Easy to get to, and absolutely spotless! There is a nice walking trail to the lake to enjoy time by the water. We had a great stay, plenty to do within an hour radius of the Airbnb. As a chicken lover, I adored the flock that roamed the property. They’re very friendly :)

There’s not enough words to say how wonderful Alana was from the initial booking to check out. We have booked a lot of Airbnb’s and this is our all time favorite. The location is amazing with the water view. I was so excited about the decor I spent an hour sending pictures to my daughter. We really loved the history behind the house too. This is our new go-to everytime we visit the area. Thank you for sharing such an incredible home!

Five stars, all the way! Absolutely incredible house nestled on a private drive with the most gorgeous neighborhood beach. We really appreciated all the amenities and loving small touches that the owners put into their dream home. Would stay here a million times over again. Thank you so much for helping us create lifeline memories at the Heart Rock House!

All the previous reviews indicated we would love this location, the setting, the caring of the host....we were inspired to join Airbnb to just be able to stay here!!! The beauty of the surroundings is remarkable and we admire the care taken to keep it in its refined natural state. We are so thankful we took the description and reviews to heart! We now have another great Maine memory!

Gorgeous ocean views right on the water! Every room has gorgeous photography on the walls, the house was extremely clean, everything clearly laid out in the house manual. Sunrises and moonrises over the ocean were stunning and unbelievable. Amazing location, super close to Tidal Falls. Drive to Acadia was easy and it is a great spot in between the Schoodic peninsula part of Acadia and the Bar Harbor part.

We had an amazing time. TJ was very responsive and gave his secrets for fishing! He also accommodated a request that was an overlook on my part. I can’t say enough good things about the place itself or how nice TJ was. It was a phenomenal experience all around!

Great home in a great location. Very spacious and clean and Corey was very responsive. We had 0 problems with there being a restaurant down stairs. Beautiful views of the bay and a near by field where we watched little kittens playing with each other! It was adorable. We slept great and felt right at home!

The photos don't do this place justice. It was spacious and squeaky clean. Beautiful views of the water. For a busy marina it was pretty quiet. During the day there would be people just outside the unit talking but nothing disruptive. Great price for a beautiful place. Only about a 25min drive to Bar Harbor. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place, totally renovated, spacious, cozy, and comfortable. It is located in a very beautiful area. We will be back for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave! Everything about the cabin was well thought out. We loved having a fire and looking at the stars from the dock! Mark and Laurie were fantastic, friendly hosts and made us feel right at home. We would love to come back someday!

We had a wonderful stay in Ted's place. It has amazing views and the unit is well stocked with all necessities. Highly recommended!

We can't say enough about the fantastic location and condition of Vacasa Maine's condo. It appeared the furnishings and everything is brand new. The decorating is very attractive and the unit was pristine in cleanliness. The best thing about it is the location. We could not have asked for anything better than to overlook the bay, watch the tide, the boat traffic, and the twinkling lights across the bay in the evening. The shops and restaurant's of Boothbay Harbor are within walking distance. We frequented the restaurant downstairs several times and were not disappointed. This was our first trip to Maine and your accommodations made it all we hoped for. We would definitely stay there again!

What a beautiful location and house. There’s nothing better than sitting in the living room or front porch and being able to see the Belfast Bay. The house is very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable, shower is very hot. Don’t miss the sunrise in the mornings. Overall this is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Belfast.
