Great location and amenities. The team is very friendly and informative. There’s a gym and paid laundry, and grocery stores nearby. 5-7minute walk to city centre The only drawback for me was the amount of noise frequently at unreasonable hours between 2-5am caused by students right outside my door, and frequent banging of my door. While this is a given in a student accommodation, if you have early starts to your day, I would prioritise accordingly.

Mary's house was beautiful with nice old furnitures. The room is small with a comfortable bed and linens and pillows. Mary is a kind and inteligent and always happy to help. Breakfast is delicious with homemade bread and granola. I highly recommend.

Kevin's place is quiet and very comfortable. He is very friendly and welcoming and gave us as much privacy as we needed. Great view from the lounge room. The apartment is very clean. light and airy and has everything you need. Highly recommend.
