The location of the house - being close to so many amazing restaurants and markets, and its seclusion - being nestled among empty hillsides, makes it truly unique and special. The charming decor and homey-ness is unparalleled - already cannot wait to come back again!

We had a great weekend of family climbing in your beautiful house. The setting is peaceful, bucolic, and rejuvenating. Lots of activities for children are available: soccer cages, scooters, carriers, foosball, ping-pong, billiards, etc. both the little ones and the older ones had a great time. And the older ones loved fishing in the pond. The house has large volumes, it is very beautiful, well renovated, very well equipped, tastefully decorated, ideal for reunions with family or friends. In short, a flawless one. Everything was perfect. We will keep many good memories of this wonderful weekend and will return with great pleasure.

Olivier's house is nestled in the bucolic and soothing setting of the Perche. The elegant and neat decoration testifies to a refined taste. The exchange with our host was smooth and warm, and the arrival and departure times were very flexible. I had an excellent time. Perfect location with the park at the door step and a few minutes walk from the town centre. The flat is pretty and functional : offers exactly what you need. The weather was outstanding so I was even able to have my breakfast at the terrace. Wonderful! But what makes it even better is the customer service of the host : she genuinely cares to give you the best possible experience. I can only recommend!

This was a lovely place to stay with our two dogs. The grounds are large and the horses in the fields were great to see. The bed was comfy and the blinds ensured all light was eliminated Syed for a good nights sleep. Spephanie was a friendly responsive host.

Nice and spacious apartment, nice that there is an extra bedroom if you have a sleep disorder like I do. Good beds, nice spaces and details. Delightfully quiet, friendly and helpful reception. For those who do not speak French, the owners speak English. Definitely recommended.

This apartment is great for Le Mans. its close to the tram system and local shops. It's just off the main drag so its quite yet within reaching distance of the action.
