Cozy and modern duplex – "Life is good".

Our modern style duplex has just been fully renovated and is fully equipped. Located in the city center, it remains a quiet place as it is located at the back of the building ("créaflors" store – backyard). Our 70 m² accommodation is organized on 2 levels with all the necessary equipment: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with reading area, bathroom with bath and shower. It is conveniently located in the center of Couvin with free parking just across the street.

Spacious studio in the heart of the Ardennes

This studio, located in the charming village of Alle-sur-Semois, is ideally placed for a pleasant stay. You will find all the shops necessary for your comfort in the village: grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, restaurants, etc. Surrounded by forests, the village offers a multitude of activities: hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, mini golf, bowling alley, and a playground for children. Beautiful new cozy studio in the center of Gilly. 8 min drive from Charleroi airport. It is located on the second floor with elevator access. You have shops (Colruyt, Wibra, Carrefour, Tom&Co, bookstore, C&A, restaurants, sandwich shop, chip shop, Fit for Fun, etc.) downstairs from the building. You are next to the "Gazomètre" metro station, next to the lower Sambre and bus stops. You can park for free in a garage located across the street from the accommodation.

Therefore, you have all the comfort and equipment necessary to enjoy a great stay. Of course, my belongings are there. Close to France, Ragnies, Charleroi or Mons. 1 hour from Brussels. Since September 2023, a new sofa has served as a second bed.
