Holiday rentals with beach access in Belgrade

Nice flat close to the centre of the city. The host answer very fast, no issues with check in and check out. The interior of the flat is quite interesting.

I was staying two nights in Natasa place, and I had pleasant stay. Natasa’s flat is all you need to feel like at home, flat is cosy and provides lots of shade inside and peace without noise.

Great Location with Amazing Views! This apartment may be compact, but it more than makes up for it with an absolutely stunning view from the window and an unbeatable location. Being so close to Zemun Market and the waterfront promenade was perfect - we could easily walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The view really made our stay special, and we loved being able to step outside and immediately be in the heart of this charming area. While the space is on the smaller side, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location and those incredible views definitely made this a memorable experience. Would recommend to anyone who values being right in the action with beautiful scenery!

Great apartment walking distance to the main parts of the city. Very quiet inside apartment and comfortable bedding. Parking spot in basement of apartment complex. Would recommend this place.

Great peaceful escape from Belgrade. Beautifully designed and simple home with great views of the river. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Only down side would be the massive stray dogs that tend to come around when you leave or arrive. That isn’t the fault of the owner but something needs to be done about them nevertheless.

Everything was awesome and smooth, we spent a great time in Serbia and at Dragan's house. It was a great house, with quite a good place for working remotely and quiet area for good sleeping (despite the fact of chicken and roosters noise). The area is also nice, the food in the cafes and restaurants is better than in Belgrade (esp. huge pancakes in the fast food cafe near Gomex, they even beat our Russian ones). Dragan also suggested some locations nearby to enjoy the nature (so we had a nice picnic in Ivanovo with swans). Even though it's possible to use public transport to go to Pancevo and then to Belgrade, but it's time consuming (esp. at the weekends where the bus is scheduled once in an hour), so cars are the best option. Overall, 100% recommended. Thanks Dragan for hosting us :)

A beautiful place to escape the city crowds and escape. The calm relaxing host was also very kind to us. On the terrace area of the house there is a beautiful view of nature on the evening against the view and the daytime. Thanks for everything. Get ready to sleep by swinging like a crib

Zorica was a great host, always available. The house is in the centre of the town, historical place by the church, while at the same time in a private space with a cute garden. The house was very clean and everything seems to be done with special personal care. The kitchen had everything we needed, and in the bathroom there was soap, shampoo, etc. Zorica indicated nice fish restaurants by the river and other places. The village is very sweet and people are friendly. Thank you Zorica!

Great place to stay! Beautifull sights and very secluded. It was a bit of rougj terrain and not in walking distance of much things, but it was verry worthwhile experience.

Amazing option in the hills, outside of central Belgrade, but within a short commute to it. The place stays comfortably cool despite hot weather outside.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Bane’s apartment! Bane was an amazing host, responsive, friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. For the price, it was a great value. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in a very central and convenient location in Belgrade. This apartment has everything you will need for a short or long-term stay. Milica is very friendly and responsive and she was great to work with. I highly recommend this apartment, or working with Milica in general, as I know she has other listings available. A+!

This was our second stay at Felix's place for the winter holidays, and it was just as wonderful as the first. It's hard to imagine a more convenient location or a more responsive host. Everything was absolutely perfect, as expected. Felix's attention to detail and the thoughtful welcome touches truly made our stay extra special.

Very nice place. Highly recommended. The most important moment was when the taxi drivers took us to the wrong location from the airport, leaving us 1 km away from the accommodation with six suitcases. The host's husband came by car to pick us up and took our luggage. Very friendly and responsive people.

Everything was beautiful. Dusan is a so friendly and helpful and also in the home everything was perfect and enough for us. Home was clean and it's near the Sava river so you can go to walk near the river. Actually house's place is perfect for Belgrade's most popular places. If you want to visit Belgrade or have a beautiful holiday you have to choose this home. Thank you Dusan for everything ⭐️
