The apartment is located right acorss from a park and there's a large tree in front of the balcony, so it's a much nicer setting than many apartments in the city. It's also the perfect distance from major streets and transportation. There are so many excellent cafes, restaurants, movie theaters and shops within a 10 minute walk that it's impossible to count. Federico was an excellent host, was extremely felxible with check in and check out times, and was always quick to respond to messages. The buidling is secure and the kitchens and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend.

lugarcito pequeño y hermoso en el corazón de recoleta, desde donde se podía caminar a muchas de los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad. David siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades y fue miy amable. Lugar seguro y agradable

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. Beautiful skyline and Guido is a wonderful cook. Lorenzo helped sort out an issue with taxi driver when I first arrived from the airport. Overall, couldn’t recommend more.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en mi reciente estancia. El anfitrión fue amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y responder cualquier duda. El departamento era exactamente como se mostraba en la descripción y las fotos: limpio, acogedor y con todas las amenidades listadas. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de varias atracciones y con fácil acceso al transporte público. Me sentí muy cómodo durante mi estancia y definitivamente recomendaría este lugar a otros viajeros. Volvería a hospedarme aquí en el futuro.

María Marta y Luigi fueron muy excelentes anfitriones. Desde antes de llegar estuvieron pendientes y en contacto para facilitar mi acceso al alojamiento . El departamento es hermoso, impecable y muy bien ubicado. Viajo por estudio todos los meses y espero poder volver a hospedarme con ellos apenas tengan disponibilidad.

La atención fue de primera, el departamento supero las expectativas. Es mas grande de lo que se ve por fotos. muy tranquilo el edificio, a la hora de descansar no hubo ruidos molestos. Felicitas siempre estuvo en contacto y a disposición de lo que se necesite. los voy a volver a elegir sin dudas.

Hermoso departamento para hospedarse, moderno, tranquilo y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Cochera muy amplia y de fácil acceso. Julieta muy amable y siempre a disposición para lo que se necesite. El barrio hermoso y tranquilo, muchas cosas a su alrededor para disfrutar de los días y muy cerca de todo. Muy recomendable!!

I loved staying in this apartment! Was very conveniently located, felt safe and had a lot of space. It felt amazingly comfortable for a longer stay, and I really appreciated the communication and support of Barbara throughout. The rooftop pool was also beautiful in the sun.

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

Excelente servicio. El lugar es muy lindo y esta cuidado. Aprecio la atención de dejarme café y otras elementos para desayunar. Yo fui a ver un recital en Velez y me quedo cómoda la distancia. Lo recomiendo.

A estadia foi excelente! A localização é simplesmente perfeita, em uma área segura e super agradável…conseguimos fazer muita coisa a pé, incluindo visitas aos melhores restaurantes da região, como Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, além de estar cercado por belos parques. O apartamento é bem organizado, com muitos utensílios disponíveis e uma cozinha completa. Fiquei feliz ao ver que tinha até ferro de passar roupa, algo que nem sempre é comum. A anfitriã Cynthya foi atenciosa do início ao fim: mandou recomendações úteis por wpp e sempre respondeu com rapidez. A portaria 24h nos deu ainda mais segurança, e isso fez toda diferença. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Wohnung von Maria. Ich bin regelmäßig in Buenos Aires und kenne Palermo recht gut. Dies ist das bisher schönste Apartment, das ich bewohnt habe. Besonders der tolle Balkon mit dem Blick in die Calle Voltaire ist einzigartig. Maria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Leider haben wir nicht die Zeit gefunden, uns persönlich kennenzulernen. Vielen Dank für alles, Maria!

es la segunda ocasión que visito el departamento de Paula en Palermo y fue una muy grata experiencia, ella es muy atenta, el condominio lindo y excelentemente bien ubicado, todo el entorno es genial. el departamento, espectacular bien iluminado y muy cómodo para viajes de turismo o trabajo. seguro que cuando visite otra vez Buenos Aires me quedare ahí!
