Holiday rentals with beach access in Belknap County

Amazing view, close to everything.. Very responsive and clean..Plenty of extra parking on the lower level if you’re pulling a camper or trailer..Was my first time renting a airbnb and it was a great experience..

We can't say enough about how great this apartment was for us and how great Sandy and Tom are both as hosts and as people! Sandy is very accommodating and makes her guests feel so welcome by providing everything they might need (and also things they didn't know they needed but were glad to have!). The unit is well stocked and furnished very comfortably. The location by the lake is beautiful and it's so convenient to be right on the lake and also a short walk into town (and an even shorter drive). Our daughter and granddaughter had a lot of fun on the 2 paddle boards, and we used the canoe as well to explore the lake. There are plenty of chairs to sit by the lake, and it was really nice to sit around the firepit in the evening. We hope we'll have the opportunity to go back to Meredith and stay with Sandy and Tom again.

Perfect place to stay for a couple. Host was accommodating to our date change. Host was responsive when asked to change date. Property was very clean, very comfortable and anything that we may have needed down to a lint roller was there for us to use. When we come back we will be looking to book the same property.

I was looking for a place to rest and that was perfect I would like to thank Bob for his hospitality and kindness, the place is very quiet, close to the lake, beach, restaurants and other towns. Thank you Bob and Jimmy

This condo was impeccably maintained and was very clean. Even the sheets smelt brand new! We were very pleased with our stay! We had an issue with our tv and the owners were on FaceTime with us late at night to try and rectify the issue without hesitation. 100% would stay here again.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

We loved it here. Quiet and amazing sunrise view. We ended up extending our stay a week longer. Lindsay was quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was cute and met our needs. We will say the property was a bit smaller than anticipated with the road and neighbors very close by, but we enjoyed the fire pit and still got that peaceful atmosphere we were looking for. Terrance was super quick to respond to any questions we had and let us check in early. All in all it was a great little weekend away.

This was our second stay at the Lakehouse. Peaceful stay, comfortable environment, great for the kids!

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. Thank you Christine & Corey.

Loved this place for our low-key cousins get away weekend! So much space for all 7 of us. Really clean house! Danielle sent clear check in/check out instructions. She was also very responsive with any questions we had. It was a really peaceful place to be during the winter time. It was only 20 mins from Gunstock Mountain. I bet this place is really nice during the summer too. I recommend this place for a little getaway in NH!

We had a great extended long weekend stay at Karen’s!! The place was warm & inviting- perfect for a colder than anticipated Memorial Day Weekend — we took advantage of the pellet stove and were still able to take in awesome lake views from the comfort of the living room. Our young girls had a blast “swimming” in the large jacuzzi bath tub and playing/ sleeping on the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. We did manage to get out on our boat which was easy to dock at the slip associated with the rental. No fish caught this time around but still fun trying. The location of Karen’s place is awesome- very close/ walking distance to tasty restaurants & public boat launch. We cooked most of our own meals & were grateful for the well stocked kitchen as well as having a grocery store less than 5 min away. Karen was a fantastic host with quick response times from time of booking & then following checkout ensuring that our stay was as seamless as possible. We hope to return in the future! 😊

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

We were happy to get this location as it was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit in the region. Jessica and her team were great in their responsiveness for any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make sure out stay was comfortable and safe. When the drive way was iced over they sent a truck to plow, sand, and salt it to ensure that my older parents did not have to worry about slipping. The house was just as described with the amenities being accessible and clean. We would definitely stay again.

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

If you are attending a concert, this is THE place. The absolute best, easiest, affordable, every superlative imaginable. We were lucky enough to hear sound check sitting from the balcony! Beyond that this cozy condo is so close to all the good the Lakes Region has to offer. And it’s clean! Great amenities. Free easy parking. I have stayed in the area for years and finally found my favorite place.

Darla and Tyler were Great. The Cottage couldn't have been better. The view from their balcony was amazing. Parking was right in front of the front door, so convenient. We will definitely be back here in the future. They really made us feel welcomed. Thank you Darla and Tyler for a Great Stay

Being walking distance to the Bank of NH Pavilion makes this place perfect for a concert. It has a nice view of the lake and is steps from a beautiful beach! We enjoyed our quick stay!

We had a great stay at Jessica’s condo. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything the area has to offer. Everything as described and communication of details was helpful and appreciated. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed for a month at Amanda's place and it was modern and very clean. I'm a bit of a clean freak and allergic to pet dander, so I only stay in places that don't allow pets. The condo has every amenity you could imagine - from a Weber grill to beach chairs to an instant pot. And if you don't want to cook there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Her condo was exactly as she described and as she showed in the pictures. The view of the lake from the front deck is breathtaking and the back deck faces a private wooded area. We spent many mornings having our coffee overlooking the lake and watching the boats go by. There's also plenty of space to work remotely including a private office area on the ground floor. There are 6 units in the condo complex and we met several of the neighbors who were lovely, considerate people. If you're considering a stay in the lakes region, look no further. This is the place.

The place was great, it had everything I needed for my stay, and I was very comfortable there. My only complaint would be that people in other units could be loud enough to hear sometimes.
