Holiday rentals with lake access in Bella Vista

This was an incredible place to stay. We appreciate the little details, like John offering to get us something from Sam's as he was headed out to the luggage racks in the bedrooms.

Perfect location to get out and about in the area. The space is way bigger than you might think. I was honestly blown away by how much room there was. The backyard was great, too. There were bike hooks for washing and repair, a grill, and a large firepit area. Stay with Sheila, you won't be dissapointed.

This was the perfect place to have a retreat for my group. Plenty of space, wonderful view, and just a peaceful environment. Rebekah was incredible - a great communicator and always there to answer questions. Will 100% return.

The property is surrounded by beautiful scenery. It was like our dream property to have for ourselves. Just the right distance from town good surroundings and peaceful. This place would be a definite repeat for us.

The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful and made for a very peaceful setting. The screened-in porch was a great place to relax. The furniture was comfortable, and the place was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean. Quiet area. Dan and Noelle was very good to work with, quick responses to any questions I had. Definitely recommend.

Kevin and Linda were very helpful with getting into the space. It was clean and accessible. The views were the best part. I would consider staying again in warmer weather.

The space was exactly as published. Super clean!!! We appreciated the extra touches such as snacks and fresh flowers. The space was very well appointed with tissues in each room, plenty of towels, any cooking pan, spice or utensil needed, mirrors in bedrooms, reading material, games, bottled water, a guide book…the list goes on. We enjoyed sitting on the deck outside the door for morning coffee and evening wine. It was a very quiet space and beds were comfy! We hope to return soon!

truly a hidden gem. if you love cycling, hiking and watersports this is definitely the place for you. Sandy made us feel right at home .We would love to come out here again.

I absolutely loved this stay! The Hosts were so friendly, welcoming and helpful with suggestions to restaurants, shopping and knowledgeable about activities, like kayaking, hiking and the Crystal Bridges Museum. The apartment is very comfy and even more lovely than the images depicted. I took some beautiful pictures from the deck, for Bo to use, as his posting doesn’t do justice to the reality of this lovely, rustic, private home with separate entrance apartments attached. The water-front views on the deck are rejuvenating. The Host provided me an inter-tube so I could float and swim in the river! It’s a tiny, quiet town and only a 30 minute drive to Bentonville, AR. Will be back again! Highly recommend this gem!

Garrett was an amazing host to say the least! Any questions I had about local attractions he answered right away and helped us find many antique stores and we went to all of them! The house looked exactly like the pictures but the pictures just didn’t even come close to being there in person! There was more than enough room and plenty of things to do. From kayaking, pool, huge tv’s, and enormous kitchen to cook in and hangout as well. We plaid plenty of card games at the table. The tanyard trails had beautiful waterfalls and sites to see. The rushing water felt amazing and the lake was very quiet and secluded! Overall this was a dreamy and exquisite place, we’re already planning our next stay here! Go ahead and just plan on booking with Garrett. He’s very responsive and helpful!

I cannot stress how wonderful our stay at this Airbnb was! The pictures don’t do this space justice - it’s gorgeous. Robert and McKenna are the sweetest hosts I’ve ever encountered and I highly recommend staying at this spot. It’s in walking distance from downtown, right up the street from Onyx Coffee HQ, and a three minute drive to Lake Atalanta. So much value within only a few miles. Loved it!

I would consider this place an elevated experience. The hosts were super friendly. The sheets and bed were in the luxury category. The kitchen had all basic necessities and some additional snacks and teas were available. There was a dining table and desk to sit at for meetings. The walking trail to the water was steep but gravel. The boat dock was a nice amenity in a beautiful cove. The firepit was easily accessible and very well designed. The weekend we were there they had some growth construction going on - clearing paths and trees. When we were outdoors that was loud during the day, but I’m sure it’s temporary.

awesome property that had enough room for so many. the place was elegant and laid out perfectly with all the games you need to do inside and the walk path down to the lake to fish or swim. we will rent this property again for another trip to the lake for sure.

We had a wonderful family stay. The home is exactly as posted and the views are incredible!

The cottage is adorable! We wanted to grill, but couldn’t find a meat thermometer, so we messaged the host to see if there was one that we weren’t finding. She jumped right on solving the problem and had one delivered to the front door the very next morning. The property is surrounded by other beautiful properties just up from a dead end cul-de-sac. Morning runs were lovely and porch sitting was perfection. We enjoyed watching the deer every morning and evening. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The house was big and comfortable and had everything we needed. The back porch was the best with great views of the lake and forest. Super peaceful to just sit in the morning with coffee. Marcus was a great host. We were in Bella Vista for the MTB. In my opinion, the best trail system in the world. You could ride right out the driveway and down the road for a few blocks and be on the trails. Super location for MTB. I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay while doing some site seeing and spending time with family. The entire place was clean and inviting and being right on the lake made it even better. This place was quiet and peaceful which was exactly what we were looking for. If we make it back this way we would definitely stay here again and remember to bring our fishing poles. We had a great time here!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Schin’s place, we where celebrating our anniversary. The place was absolutely gorgeous! impeccable home layout, was easy to feel right at home. Relaxing back patio, comfortable living room with a large smart tv made movies nights with my girlfriend memorable and special. The master bedroom was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom were amazing. If we ever come back to Arkansas I’m definitely booking again:) can’t thank them enough for allowing us to stay at there home!
