Beachfront holiday rental in Bellaria

Excellent apartment for a great price! Less than a 2 minute walk from the beach and a bunch of restaurants. The apartment was clean and was very lovely to stay in. Would certainly recommend :)

Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was just as described: very clean, and in a central location within walking distance to everything. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Kevin was super responsive and flexible, even letting us check out later. Highly recommended!

Appartamento che rispecchia quanto descritto nelle foto di AirB&B. Pulito, ordinato, profumato. Ottima posizione per piacevoli camminate e per godere del mare dal terrazzo. Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

Casa curata e carina corrispondente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e oltre. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nei dintorni sono presenti ottimi ristoranti e la casa è a pochi passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Unica pecca: la scala esterna per raggiungere il piano superiore, ma questo non ha impedito di goderci il soggiorno Davvero consigliata

Sara et Giovanni sont des hôtes extrêmement adorables et très sympathiques. D’une rare gentillesse, ils sont venus nous chercher à la gare en voiture et nous ont raccompagnés. La communication était très facile en français. Habitués des locations Airbnb, cet appartement se distingue très nettement d’autres appartements aseptisés au décor international et standardisé. Ce logement a en effet énormément de charme et d’atouts et possède une belle âme à l’image des propriétaires. Très bien équipé, propre, idéalement situé (proche commerce, plage, restaurant et centre ville) l’appartement est très calme et on y dort très bien ! On recommande vivement cette adresse et on reviendra sans aucun doute.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Had the best time! Some great memories made! Thank you Giacomina xxx

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere at the pool! Nicoletta and the family are very welcoming and great company. Flat is a little difficult to keep cool in great heat. But the fans provided were very silent and good to be used during the night. However, we spend most of our time outside, at the pool, in the water, and drinking coffee at the bar ;)

Beautiful condo conveniently located near restaurants, grocers and shopping. Stefania was incredibly helpful and suggestive to our requests and needs. We love this place!!

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Ein sehr schön gelegener Campingplatz. Alles war sehr schön angelegt und immer sauber. Unser Mobilheim war ziemlich neu und in bester Verfassung, dass hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls top

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Wir sind spontan 10Tage nach Italien gereist und haben diese unglaubliche Unterkunft gefunden. Wir sind eine Familie mit einem 1 jährigen Sohn und die Unterkunft, der Strand, die Umgebung waren einfach perfekt für unseren Urlaub. Wir wurden direkt morgens bei Ankunft persönlich und super freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war besser als wir es uns je träumen hätten. Danke an Mauro das du uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub beschert hast. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Posto super comodo! 20 passi e sei in spiaggia! Appartamento completo di tutto il necessario, anche per i bimbi (lettino, seggiolone, spondina) ottimo. Vista super!! 🤩 Sicuramente torneremo presto!

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter möglich, äusserst freundlich und flexibel. Die Unterkunft wurde sehr sauber übergeben und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Der Urlaub wurde durch die Wohnung aufgewertet.

Sono stata nell' appartamento di Sabrina una settimana con mia figlia. l' appuntamento è piccolissima ma ben organizzata, è dotata di tutti i confort per concederti di passare qualche giorno di relax. Ogni settore era ben fornita, ad esempio i condimenti in cucina, detersivo per la lavastoviglie,detergenti e per il bagno ecc. Ho molto gradito anche la presenza della macchina del caffè. L' appuntamento si trova a metà tra Misano e Cattolica faccilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi o bici. Sabrina e suo marito sono stati dei host molto disponibili e comprensibili. Il giorno del check in la mia macchina a metta strada ha avuto un avaria e ho dovuto portarla in officina. Ho proseguito il viaggio in treno fino a Cesena. A Cesena poi Sabrina e suo marito si sono offerti di darmi un passaggio fino a Misano. Sono stati gentilissimi ad aiutarmi con informazioni e il passaggio.

Struttura semplice e accogliente ideale per due persone, abbiamo portato tutto l occorrente per la cucina e per il bagno inutilmente, dato altre nostre esperienze in altri appartamenti, in realtà servivano solo vestiti e asciugamano. Giada è stata molto carina e simpatica, a disposizione per qualsiasi problema anche se l unico problema è stato un disguido col WiFi risorto dopo poche ore. Se ci sarà l occasione ci ritorneremo senza alcun dubbio. Non c è modo migliore di finire le vacanze con soddisfazione.

Квартира нам сподобалась. Дуже вилика, простора, чиста і зручна. Неймовірна тераса. Giuseppe був дуже привітним і гостинним. Квартира зручно розташована до моря і виставкового центру (під час проведення виставок курсує спеціальний автобіс №10, який проїжджає повз квартиру і без пересадок та втрати часу довозить за 10 хвилин). Єдине, що нам не вистачало наявності чайника і трошки меблів на терасі. В нас була велика компанія і одного стола та 4 стільців було недостатньо. Але все решта було чудово. Дякуємо!
