We stayed for 5 days in this unit with our two young kids (5 & 7yrs old). It was perfect for our stay, and everything looked brand new. The host told me beforehand they don’t provide beach equipment and recommended a rental company, which when I looked at it looked expensive, so we opted to borrow stuff or maybe buy after we saw the unit. I’m glad we waited because the unit did have a closet with beach chairs & an umbrella and some beach toys and they also provided beach towels. We could’ve packed a lot lighter if I’d realized, so I’m passing on the info to any future vacationers! The only downside was all the construction going on with the pool and on the side of our unit, so the really noisy construction meant we couldn’t keep our patio door open to let in the fresh air and ocean sounds. It also meant the pool wasn’t ready, which was a bummer. BUT I knew this all might be the case going into it because the communication was clear. We’re marking this floor unit for future stays!

Jeanne is a very considerate and responsive host. The condo was comfortable and well-equipped and the direct view of the gulf is outstanding. Belleair Beach is a peaceful community close to varied shopping and restaurants, and is conveniently situated between Clearwater Beach, Tampa and St Petersburg so there are always many entertainment options.

GREAT LOCATION- If you are looking for a quiet spot on a Pinellas County Beach, this is it... The beach is narrow with ZERO Public Beach Access on Belleair. A stay here IS as close as you will get to having your own private beach. ...The trade off is that there are no restaurants/stores in walking distance. But like I said if it is quiet you want, THIS is the spot. (Grocery & Liquor is 7 min away & plenty of Restaurants close by in Indian Rocks & Indian Shores) The view from the 3rd Floor looking across the Gulf of America is SPECTACULAR! We found the unit to be very clean, tidy & quiet; (We did NOT hear our neighbors in the unit and or on the grounds.) The kitchen was very well appointed for small meals (Breakfast/Lunch)...little confusion regarding the Coffee Maker. THERE IS a Keurig in the Unit (photo's 8 & 9). Plus, Umbrella's listed as an amenity are actually provided for a fee by Sandy Feet. We will definitely be returning to this "slice of serenity" in Belleair Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. It was very nice, clean and spacious. We loved being directly on the beach and being able to walk to restaurants, stores, etc. It was nice having access to all the umbrella, chairs, and toys for our toddler. We could see dolphins from the balcony. The beach was not overly crowded and was an overall quiet area. We did not have any issues! I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Pros- Beautiful view, short walk to the ocean with nice path, beach was private, not crowded and perfect. The shore was a gradual slope for the kids and we found a ton of shells! Which was cool. Pool was nice. The sheets and towels were clean, loved the washer/dryer and kitchen setup. Cons- Upstairs bathroom/shower was tight but definitely nice enough. They gave us the wrong wifi code and wouldn’t answer my text but when the tv broke upstairs, I had to call them anyways and they immediately took care of both issues that same day, which was very nice. Minor stains on furniture and very minor uncleanness (dead dead bug in the bathroom/ a little sand on floor/few ants) nothing too bad at all. Overall very satisfied and I’d stay here again!
