NOTE: There might still be some hurricane debris in the neighborhood. We lost two big trees in the backyard so the paving walkway is a little out of sorts & the train track in the back is visible. Please check post-hurricane photos of the backyard. Priced accordingly. If any of these concern you, we encourage you to book elsewhere. Apartment is newly remodeled. All around great stay! Fingers crossed it’s available next time I am in town for work. Favorite part about Marina’s house is the private backyard. Perfect place to have a drink and unwind at the end of the day. I did use the kitchen, quite convenient to cook - all the cooking essentials were clean and on hand. Purple mattress was a big bonus! That is what I have at home and I literally can’t sleep on anything else. About location: if you need to commute between Tampa, St.Pete, Clearwater, Sarasota, Brandon and Bradenton go with this place! The house is tucked away in a quite, safe residential neighborhood with no through traffic, yet, it is very close to US19 that connects to I275 and also short drive away from the beach.

We had a wheelchair, i asked if it would fit or work. It was hard to get i to the home, room was cluttered. And we just fit through the door ways . We slept good, was able to take a shower .. so it was worth it , to sleep and shower.
