We were there to visit the vineyards, make cellars, the accommodation is very well located, close to Sancerre. The house is perfect for resting, comfortable, clean. Perfect for a family . We had a great time and were all seduced by the place. We note this address, which I highly recommend.

We were lucky enough to discover this haven of greenery and tranquility for a weekend with friends. Between discoveries of Sancerre and activities offered within the house, we would have liked to extend the stay to continue enjoying the pool and various amenities. Fabienne was always very responsive and present, which allowed us to take possession of the premises in a serene and complete manner.

We better understand the status of "superhost" after a few days in Patricia's Garden. Patricia was very welcoming and always attentive to us. We feel very refreshed after these few days. Our kids spent their time in the pool and calendering Tokyo which is very affectionate. The garden is beautiful and the cottage is very well equipped for a family of 4 Parisians in need of greenery! Audrey's cottage is amazing! The listing is almost below reality: all the equipment for a group of 25 people is present, the place is very well maintained, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and functional. The same goes for the kitchen/barbecue side. Everything is really available and in good condition. The exterior is superbly well maintained, when you arrive you really think you're in a little corner of paradise. And to top it all off, Audrey is adorable and always available (again, sorry for having perhaps taken advantage of her a little). Everything was perfect, we had a great weekend. Thank you again!

I had a very pleasant stay at Marylène's. The cottage is charming and the landscape very beautiful, ideal for relaxing. Marylène is very friendly and the arrival as well as the departure were very simple.

Very good stay at Aurélie's in a comfortable and very well-equipped house. The location was what we were looking for, i.e. close to the castle of Guedelon but also the wine villages and the Loire, suitable for walks. Flexible check-in and check-out brought extra comfort to our experience.

Very good stay in this character house (a plus for the exposed beams and floor slabs upstairs). Everything was perfect: a good geographical location (Guédelon 20 min), good value for money and a comfortable house with everything you need to enjoy as a family. The house stays cool even when it's hot outside and a very nice garden space to enjoy the beautiful days. I recommend it!

Diane and Sebastien's house is a little touch of heaven, peaceful, beautiful, and serene...And they are wonderful hosts. We had such a great stay which was not long enough. The house is situated directly along a clear, fresh flowing stream that is so relaxing to gaze upon and sit along. It is also nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen and the cozy bedroom is extremely comfortable. There is a lot to see in the area: vineyards, little villages, walking and cycling paths and above all the beautiful town of Sancerre. Looking forward to a return visit!

Peaceful stay in the middle of nature, access to the castle of Ratilly on foot. Claire is a very welcoming, warm, caring and very good host. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Ideal for radiating between Sancerrois and Auxerrois. The accommodation is very comfortable (fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom) and the park is absolutely beautiful, justifying the stay on its own (house sheep, deer or wild boars and passing foxes). Yvan is a very considerate host who provides bicycles (mountain bikes in very good condition), perfect for reaching the many lakes and cruising the Puisaye. Plenty of opportunities to hike around the property as well. A great option to discover this beautiful region.

The accommodation is very close to Sancerre. About 10 minutes by car. Easy to access and in a quiet neighborhood. There is everything he does in Saint Satur to do the shopping.
