Holiday rentals with a patio in Bellignat

The location is perfect 8 minutes from Châtillon beach by car… quiet… very nice sheltered terrace with a large awning… perfect amenities… kitchen and bathroom.

Very clean accommodation, refurbished, in a really quiet place. The hosts were very nice and responsive, with good advice. My partner and I would recommend this listing.

Very pleasant short stay. I recommend it and if I had to come back to the area it will be with pleasure. In addition, you feel safe in this residence , no worries about the car.

We loved Jacques beautiful apartment. It was as described, was very conveniently located close to the train/bus station and a short walk to the old town. The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped. The balcony area was lovely for eating outside and enjoying the sunshine. We had one favour to ask during our stay, Jacques and Viviane went above and beyond what was expected to help us out which we really appreciated. I'd highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Annecy.

Great apartment, everything is as pictured. Two minutes from the station (you can see it from the balcony), we did not use any transport - it takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the lake and the historical center. The apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities for both short and long stays. Annecy was struck by its beauty and coziness.

Great stay in this studio. We came during the Annecy festival and the calm that reigned there was very pleasant in comparison to the effervescence of the festival. The small outdoor terrace is also very nice for breakfast. The Studio is true to the photos. Thanks again for your stay!

The house is very spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It’s very close to the airport, and we had no traffic at all getting to Geneva each day. The area is quiet and conveniently close to a Carrefour. We truly had everything we needed. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality!

We had a very nice stay at Nino's. The garden is inviting and large, sunny, with enough shade, so that our dog always had a nice place to rest. Our child also had a lot of fun, especially with the great children's books. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. Nino was always easily accessible and very friendly as a host. We were very nicely received, so we felt comfortable right away. All in all, everything was great, thank you very much!

This is a large apartment in a calm building. The parking is easy to use. It was ideal for us, on a business trip as we weren't in the apartment all day or even very much except set up as two offices in the living room and for sleeping and an occasional meal. Top tip...Qatar airways first/biz class...should one be there, ask for omelettes. My business colleague was trained by them, and we had the absolutely best omelette breakfast I've ever had.

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).
