Holiday houses in Bellisio Alto

Abbiamo usufruito dell'alloggio per una settimana per motivi di lavoro, la zona è super tranquilla e tornare a casa la sera è stato sempre piacevole. Andres sé stato molto disponibile, abbiamo avuto un'inconveniente con Air Bnb per la fatturazione e gentilmente ce lo ha risolto lui, inoltre si è reso disponibile e flessibile per il check Out venendoci incontro con esigenze lavorative nostre. Super consigliato

This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️

Wir waren zum Abschluss unserer Italienrundreise für ein paar Tage in Michaelas Apartment. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Michaela ist sehr zuvorkommend, bemüht um ihre Gäste und eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist super ruhig und ländlich, eignet sich daher gut zum erholen. Als Start für unsere Motorradtouren war die Lage super, aber auch zum Wandern, Laufen oder Radfahren gut geeignet.

Claudia ist eine sehr herzliche und immer ansprechbare Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung haben wir einen leckeren Wein aus der Region erhalten und auch noch ein paar weitere Goodies wie süße Aufstriche, Nudeln mit Soße (damit niemand bei der Anreise hungrig bleibt) und auch noch Mineralwasser. Das hat uns sehr gefreut und wir haben uns super aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Die Betten waren super und die Ausstattung hat nichts zu wünschen gelassen. Der Tischkicker wurde von uns nicht genutzt, ist aber natürlich eine tolles Extra, gerade für eine Gruppe oder Familie mit Kindern. Eine Einschränkung dafür, dass die Wohnung deutlich dunkler ist als auf den Fotos dargestellt und der Essplatz draußen war recht weit von der Wohnung entfernt und nutzbar für alle Anwohner der Anlage. Die Wohnung ist kühl - bei hohen Außentemperaturen willkommen. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und sehr gepflegt.

We spend unbelievable nice two weeks in Loretello. All rooms are very nice and have a very nice atmosphere. Very warm and very personal. The landscape around Loretello and the view from the apartment is breathtaking. Loretello is the perfect location to explore the region. In almost every little village there are hidden gems waiting to be found. We felt truly embedded in Italy. The restaurants, markets, little shops, vineyards, farmer markets in the villages around Loretello are absolutely enjoyable. Our three kids enjoyed the pool very much. Little Loretello did offer a lot to explore for them. Our hosts has been extremely nice and extremely professional. Thank you very much for this wonderful Italian experience.

Para valorar esta propiedad, hay que empezar por el ANFITRIÓN, un profesional en toda regla. Desde el minuto 0 de la reserva, hasta la salida; siempre atento, muy amable y muy profesional. Es un placer conocer gente seria y esto la da un valor a la aplicación. La beach house, es un paraíso en Italia. Fácil acceso, cuidado al detalle, paz, naturaleza, comodidad. Nuestro viaje era en familia con nuestros dos caniches y creo que fueron los que más disfrutaron de la propiedad, verlos correr y saltar por las zonas verdes de la propiedad y convivir con muchas aves, conejos no tiene precio. Nuestra hija disfrutó su estancia estudiando y con la paz y tranquilidad del lugar, no le costó nada concentrarse. Nosotros en cambio, hicimos turismo por la zona, todo muy cerca y bien comunicado por carretera. Es una propiedad muy cuidada, segura y sobretodo disfrutar de sus puesta de sol, sentado en una tumbona, disfrutando de un buen vino (de la zona) es una experiencia irrepetible. Gracias Maurizio.

Wir waren eine Woche im Haus von Nicola, und wir fanden es sehr schön! Ein gemütliches, liebevoll hergerichtetes altes Haus in toller Lage am Rand eines sehr schönen kleinen Ortes. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, abends sieht man Scharen von Glühwürmchen und hört die Frösche quaken. Fratte Rosa ist ein hübsches kleines Dorf in toller Lage mit wundervollen Ausblick, und obwohl der Ort sehr klein ist, gibt es eine ungewöhnlich gute Infrastruktur, z.b. einen Bäcker, eine Apotheke, einen Metzger, kleine Lokale etc. Außerdem kann man großartige Ausflüge in alle Richtungen machen. Eine große Empfehlung von uns!

Laura und Alessandro sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Absolut ruhig, mit tollen Ausblick. Meine Kinder haben vor allem den Pool geliebt.
