Holiday houses in Bellisio Solfare

Abbiamo usufruito dell'alloggio per una settimana per motivi di lavoro, la zona è super tranquilla e tornare a casa la sera è stato sempre piacevole. Andres sé stato molto disponibile, abbiamo avuto un'inconveniente con Air Bnb per la fatturazione e gentilmente ce lo ha risolto lui, inoltre si è reso disponibile e flessibile per il check Out venendoci incontro con esigenze lavorative nostre. Super consigliato

This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️

Wir waren zum Abschluss unserer Italienrundreise für ein paar Tage in Michaelas Apartment. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Michaela ist sehr zuvorkommend, bemüht um ihre Gäste und eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist super ruhig und ländlich, eignet sich daher gut zum erholen. Als Start für unsere Motorradtouren war die Lage super, aber auch zum Wandern, Laufen oder Radfahren gut geeignet.

Der einzige Fehler, den wir bei dieser Unterkunft gemacht haben war, dass wir nur 3 Nächte geblieben sind! Was für ein besonderer Ort und was für eine gemütliche Wohnung! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall irgendwann wieder! Loretello hat uns mit seiner traumhaften Lage, der tollen Bar und den herzlichen Bewohnern voll und ganz verzaubert! Wer eine schöne Landschaft, Ruhe und eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung schätzt ist hier genau richtig! Und als wäre das alles noch nicht genug gab es obendrauf noch leckeres Frühstück und Obst! Besser geht nicht!

We spend unbelievable nice two weeks in Loretello. All rooms are very nice and have a very nice atmosphere. Very warm and very personal. The landscape around Loretello and the view from the apartment is breathtaking. Loretello is the perfect location to explore the region. In almost every little village there are hidden gems waiting to be found. We felt truly embedded in Italy. The restaurants, markets, little shops, vineyards, farmer markets in the villages around Loretello are absolutely enjoyable. Our three kids enjoyed the pool very much. Little Loretello did offer a lot to explore for them. Our hosts has been extremely nice and extremely professional. Thank you very much for this wonderful Italian experience.

Tutto perfetto. Stefania e Francesco sono host davvero straordinari. Siamo stati accolti in maniera calorosa, consigliati e assistiti in ogni momento. Ci siamo sentiti a veramente casa. La struttura è molto bella, le foto non riescono a renderle pienamente giustizia. Dimora e giardino sono curati nei minimi dettagli, ovunque si nota l'attenzione e la passione di chi accoglie. Panorama delizioso, che si spinge fino al promontorio del Conero e i dintorni che mettono a disposizione il meglio che le Marche (e la Romagna) possano offrire: borghi, arte, natura e divertimento. Sì può optare per il mare, la collina o la montagna, in ogni direzione e a pochi minuti di macchina. Assolutamente consigliato per riposarsi e scoprire nuovi posti. Ottimo anche per chi ha bambini.

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte nell’ alloggio di Marco. Posizione perfetta, l’appartamento veramente carino, intimo e super pulito. Marco davvero gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Se dovessimo ripassare da quelle zone ci fermeremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo luogo meraviglioso con una vista incantevole sulla valle, la natura e i campi. Era la prima volta che andavamo nelle Marche ed è stata un’esperienza davvero bellissima! Le persone sono cordiali, gentilissime. Il B&B è spazioso, luminoso e pulito. Ho trovato tutto perfettamente in ordine, e mi sono sentita davvero a casa. Nell’alloggio erano già presenti una moka il caffè e lo zucchero per il mattino successivo! Non si poteva volere di meglio prima di uscire per la giornata nella meraviglia di questa regione! La struttura ha la piscina ( bellissima) che però non ho potuto usare causa temperature ancora proibitive, ma abbiamo ugualmente bagnato i piedi post cena con un calice di vino! Il posto è talmente pulito e l’aria è talmente buona che ci sono le lucciole!!! Cose a cui noi abitiamo in citta non siamo piu abituati! Consiglio a tutti questa struttura dove abbiamo stretto amicizia anche con un paio di gattini adorabili!
