Enjoy this 3rd floor (no elevator) renovated condo with amenities-tennis courts, walking & biking paths connecting to downtown Lewes & 2 outdoor pools in season. The condo is east of route 1, 3 miles to Lewes beach & 12 restaurants, 4 you can walk to, nail & a hair salon, grocery store and a CVS (3 blocks). We need pictures of everyone’s license per our condo association & the person booking must be at least 25 years of age. There are 4 beach chairs and a large umbrella & 2 chair umbrellas.

1st floor of completely renovated turn of the century farmhouse on over 1/2 an acre of peacefulness located right off of route 1 and across the street from the DART Bus Station where you can hop on the bus to Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beach every 30 minutes. Centrally located to drive to all coastal Delaware beaches, restaurants, and shopping. **Sound deafening insulation in the ceiling; however, you may hear some noise from upstairs guests.
