Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

Come enjoy our newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ on the back deck. The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. Relax on beautiful front porch with wind chimes and seating for 6. Private back deck with natural gas grill, table, sofa and outdoor shower! Less than 3 blocks to Belmar beach. House is fully stocked. TV and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Two queens, one full sized bed and futon single bed in one of the bedrooms. Sheets and towels and pack and play provided. In the summer, guests have access to 4 beach badges, bikes and beach cart. Everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation!
