Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Belmont

This was without a doubt the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot). The host Lisa was very communicative. The Airbnb was the most well stocked Airbnb I've ever seen: Full pantry of snacks, a well-stocked kitchen cabinet with every appliance you can think of, and even a full basket of toiletries just in case you forgot something. The apartment was tastefully decorated and the furniture high quality. The bathroom was simply stunning, with a bathtub complete with bath salts, and an electronic shower with jets on the walls too! The bed was comfortable and I had no issues sleeping. The neighborhood around the house is very peaceful and walkable. However, be warned that it is not well connected to Boston via public transit compared to other locations. I would recommend this place to someone with access to a car. Nevertheless, this was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended for a nice getaway!

John’s place is great—clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is hard to beat. My family stayed here while visiting for my graduation and they really enjoyed it. John was also really communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Really beautiful space! Really clean and in a cute neighborhood. Says it can fit up to 8 guests but I think that would be a little cramped but otherwise wonderful! Would stay here again!! Hosts were very communicative :)

Such a comfortable stay. Clean, cozy, and private. We were jet lagged and it was so nice to pop a movie on and rest before meeting up with friends.

The detail inside to the bumble bee theme was great with something new always catching your eye. Was able to check in an hour early and Julia was very transparent with communication.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. It was even better than I expected. Karl has thought of everything to make his guests feel at home. Often we stay at places where the furniture/decor all seem second rate. This home was tastefully decorated, and all the amenities were top shelf!

Very clean house, very friendly host and mostly very responsive and available at any time. Bus station within few blocks which is very practical. We appreciated a lot our stay and we'd highly recommend it.

What a welcoming, beautiful, walkable place! Super clean, quiet, charming, etc. We felt right at home (three cheers for the Criterion Channel on the Roku ;-)). Everything we needed was there. Bathroom hooks, enough TP, ice, kitchen towels, laundry — things you miss if they’re not there. A beautiful walk to Harvard square this time of year but also plenty of cafes and restaurants in Huron Village and walkable to Fresh Pond too or any wonderful place on Mass Ave. We used to live in Cambridge and so can attest that this is an excellent location. Everything you need and everywhere easy to get to while also peaceful. Hosts are available without being in your space, too. Just all very thoughtful and lovely. Can’t wait to come back. Jose responded extremely fast to any of our questions and was very friendly. From arrival until the time we left our privacy was respected, and the top half of the house was very quiet. The rental is very clean and dog friendly. This is very close to Boston and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and we will come back for all of our future trips. This is also very close to the Stoneham zoo.

Mike is an accommodating host with prompt, friendly communication. The street was quiet and felt safe with a driveway, which is a plus. We found the house roomy, clean and comfy with thoughtful details like flowers, snacks and the coffee bar. The area is cycling and pedestrian friendly, allowing access to plenty of nearby retail, wooded parks and the Minuteman Commuter Bikeway or Fitchburg Cutoff Bikepath to walk, jog, hike, bike or just bird watch. Alewife station is a 15 min walk or a short drive to the parking garage where you can conveniently access the city by train, bus or both. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to working with Mike again.

What a gem of a spot! Beautiful spacious basement suite in a quiet area. Halyna was a great host. Very convenient location if you are visiting Boston, it’s a short drive to the downtown waterfront and tourist spots. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to returning in the future!

Perfect set up for our crew; were in Boston from CA to celebrate a graduate. Home was centrally located to all of our festivities and worked out great.

I had a very comfortable stay: the host Jennifer was responsive and friendly. Even though the rental is in the basement of their home it was still very private. Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and clean. Lastly, the neighborhood was nice: I walked to an Indian restaurant for dinner one night and didn’t get back until late and felt very safe the whole time. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Boston!

It was a great stay. Easy to get around, I liked the quiet neighbour-there are many interesting cuisines around and we enjoyed them. Also, the host was very friendly and helpful, responses were very quick and easy to follow through.

Dan's place is equidistant to Harvard and MIT, a short walk to great restaurants and cafes, and a wonderful base for exploring Cambridge. Would happily stay here again with my family.

Wonderful, light-filled home! An easy subway ride to Boston. Our family of 6, including two small children, was very comfortable. Cayla was friendly and helpful.

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

Joseph’s place was lovely. The home was spotless and hosted a family of four perfectly. The extra effort of a little snack basket upon arrival was a nice touch. We took full advantage! The location is a great jump off point for Boston and surrounding areas. Joseph was very responsive and easy to talk to. We would recommended.

What a gem!! Ana's appartement is amazing. The bedrooms are large with good mattresses and furniture. Kitchen is great too. There is a nice patio to sit on at the back. Ana's house is extrememy clean, cosy and very well maintained, we will definitely stay here again when we visit Boston!

This is a great place. It is exactly as shown in pictures and spotlessly clean. Maria was pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. We paid for the parking spot which is right behind the house. I definitely recommend Maria’s places.

My wife and I absolutely love this apartment with city view rooftop. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to restaurants. It has artistic decorations. Kitchen is clean and well stocked. The classic record player and record collection are fabulous. Listening to 70s, 80s music with morning sunshine from skylight and coffee beautiful. And we had a breakfast on the roof top, you can’t beat the view. And Chandra provided all the institutions and local tips before we arrive. We enjoyed everything in the apartment.

Shila's home was a magical, cozy, and beautiful place. If you're looking for a vacation, I highly recommend booking this house. There are good restaurants nearby and lots of stores to visit around town. The neighborhood and house were very clean and quiet. The window in the kitchen also offers gorgeous views during breakfast.
