Holiday rentals with a patio in Belmont

You get a nice view of the lake and sun rise in the morning. Place was clean and beautifully decorated. Though, be aware that the WiFi isn’t great here so it might not be the place for you if a consistent connection is your thing.

This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

Lovely, tastefully decorated, place tucked in the beautiful area of Wells! We could tell from the moment we walked in that there was a thorough clean of the apartment prior to our arrival. Additionally, the attention to detail was amazing, from pamphlets about the area to beach towels to borrow in the bathroom. Though we weren’t in the area for the beach, we found it conveniently located to Ogunquit (specifically for the Ogunquit Playhouse, which was the reason for our little weekend trip). We’d happily choose this AirBnB again for any future visits :)

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Cheryl’s place is in a beautiful location with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The apartment was brand new, spotless and very comfortable. She always responded immediately when I had any questions or needed something. If you’re traveling to the Upper Valley stay with Cheryl!

This is a beautiful, brand new, and pristine house. The location is perfect, close to Meredith. It’s a very short drive to Fun Spot and a close walk to the neighborhood beach. Very clean and modern. A great stay!

It’s quite a feat to surpass the already high expectations we had - Shannon and Matt and their beautiful house managed that with ease. We were hyped for the trip since we booked, and the stay was even better than we could dreamt. The second we stepped through the door we felt right at home. Everything was as described, clean and cozy - and the views just amazing. Our baby girl relaxed as much as we did and enjoyed the amenities like the high chair and the baby bath tub that were available. We had to push us hard to do some exploring of what the region has to offer outside the house, and that was well worth it, too. There’s definitely more to explore, and more relaxing to do in the house - so we will be back as soon as we can arrange for that. All the best from Switzerland!

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

Loved our stay! Everything was cozy and easy; no issues at all. The heated bathroom floor ended up being one of our favorite parts (so nice!), and the whole place just felt super relaxing. Didn’t need to contact the host because everything was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our short, but lovely stay at the lake! Home was beautiful and warmly decorated. Comfy beds and set up so nicely! View of lake was so nice and it was hard to leave the deck. We loved the peace and quiet, relaxing vibe! Loved the closed in porch too! Enjoyed pickleball so easily accessible and pretty walk to the lakefront to relax. Wish we could have stayed longer, but rain made it easier to leave. We had magical weather our full day! We hope to return to this special area and home. Loved the market so close though! Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Diane was amazing to work with and very helpful and responsive! The condo was beautiful, clean, cutely decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location with so much to do within walking distance. Highly recommend. We are already looking to go back next year for our yearly Hampton Beach getaway.

It was our first time renting an Airbnb. I have no complaints. On the contrary, everything was perfect. We loved the apartment, the view of the mountains, and the owner treated me super friendly. My family and I had a great time.

This is our second year coming here and we’re already considering coming for a third year AND we’re recommending it to our friends. This place has a highly functional (if small) kitchen, comfy beds, great location, very quiet (with the exception of one night of drunk college kids next door), very private looking out over the mountains, and a big pool, hot tub and sauna as well as an arcade room and ping pong! Shelly was quick to respond, even in the middle of the night with a phone number of someone who might help with the party next door (and that was only 1 night, we stayed 6 nights and that was the only middle of the night noise). The building is well kept and the staff is friendly. Top notch place to stay.
