Located in a residential area at the foot of Mont-Saint-Hilaire Mountain and close to the Richelieu River, it will offer you comfort, brightness and modernity. Several activities are located within a reasonable distance. The perfect place for a few days' escape, solo, as a couple or with family. The studio is located 20 minutes from Montreal. It's located in a new peaceful neighborhood near the Route Verte, a bike path through Canada. You'll love the studio because of its great comfort, its modern look and the outdoor sunken pool available to you (not exclusive since shared with us, the owners). My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. Not suitable for parties or meet-ups for friends.

Nestled on the top floor of Villa Casavant, a sumptuous mansion from another century, this unique suite is accessible by the house but remains very private as it occupies the entire top floor via a private staircase leading to it. The villa takes its name from the illustrious organ builder, Claver Casavant, who once lived there.
