Townhouse holiday rentals in Beltsville

The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

This was our second stay here - the home is very comfortable and the back yard is a veritable oasis if the weather cooperates. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Hampden.

Greg’s place was very clean and in a great location. Walkable to markets, restaurants, and metro. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a great place to stay during our family vacation to DC!

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Super nice place. Probably the most well stocked place we’ve stayed at. Walkable to everything and still in a quiet location. Bathroom was spacious and clean! Hot tub in the courtyard was a nice touch. Parking was a little short to come by but we always found a spot on Baltimore St right next to Patterson Park. Charmed Coffee was a great place for coffee and breakfast…dog friendly! 10/10.

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

Carlos was extremely kind and help with his listing. The property felt more like a home than an Airbnb, decor has personality verses the usual Airbnb look. Home had tons of natural light and would probably look extremely beautiful watching snow fall.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, quiet, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It’s in a great location—just a short drive to D.C. but tucked in a peaceful Hyattsville neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The host was kind and responsive, and check-in was easy. Perfect for anyone visiting the area who wants comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

My family of 6 stayed at Alvaro’s place for our daughter’s graduation weekend from Georgetown University! The home couldn’t have been in a better location! Very walkable to wonderful restaurants, shops and bakeries. We did not have to rent a car, we walked everywhere we needed to in Georgetown and if we had to go downtown we took an Uber, which was very convenient. The house couldn’t have been better for my family. Everyone had their own space and we enjoyed having family meals at the big dining room table and at the end of the day we could all fit in the living room and talk about our day. We also enjoyed the beautiful lush patio. We would have afternoon cocktails out there before we went to dinner. It was well appointed with all the amenities you may need and the air conditioner worked really well, even on the third floor. I cannot say enough about how perfect this home was and also how easy the communication was with Alvaro. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

I booked this lovely home for my doctoral graduation weekend, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The space was so warm, cozy, and beautifully designed—friends didn’t even realize it was an Airbnb! Everything we could have possibly needed was available and exceeded my expectations. The home was spotless, well-decorated, and thoughtfully stocked. Sarah was such a gracious and responsive host, even allowing us to check in early and quickly answering any questions. I almost never leave reviews, but this stay was 1000% worth it. Better than any hotel—and honestly, it was hard to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at The Potomac, the home was lovely and suited our needs perfectly. The large dining room and outdoor space enabled us to comfortably enjoy family meals and down time together. This was by far one the very best accommodations I've ever experienced! Ashley and Richard are the most warm and welcoming hosts and made me feel as if I was home, with their friendliness as well as all the extra details to make guests totally comfortable. Their home is absolutely beautiful, with such creative uniqueness that they make look effortless, but creates such a cozy space you never want to leave! But with all of downtown Frederick literally just outside the door, exploring is also made extremely easy. The town is full of cafes and whimsical retailers full of very cool finds and friendly locals. I look forward to returning!

Beautiful home! Beautiful host! A lot of attractions around. Olive was so welcoming and responds very quickly! Day two she reached out to ensure everything was OK and if I needed help with anything. when I’m back in town I’d definitely re-book. I’ve saved this as one of my favorites. Thus far one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in!

The place delivered exactly as advertised. It was great. We had a minor glitch in checkin, but our host responded within minutes and took care of it immediately.

We had an amazing stay at the Townhouse in Washington. The place was spotlessly clean and newly decorated with the best mattress and duvet. The location is excellent-just off 14th street with the best restaurants all around you. There’s a Trader Joe for groceries just a minute away. Jordan was easily accessible and responsive to our needs. We'd highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a fantastic location in DC!

Daniel’s place was great. Great location for us while we were in town. Super comfortable, spacious, very clean and just as pictured in the photos. All the necessary amenities were there. It suited our purposes perfectly.
