Nice apartment on the ground floor, ideal for a quiet stay. 20 min walk to Mohammed VI Polytech University, 50 min drive from Marrakech and close to shops (Marjan, BIM..). 1 bedroom with 2 beds, living room with TV, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, WiFi included. Quiet place, reserved for respectful guests (Noisy behaviors or excesses, such as drunkenness, will not be tolerated). The owner living in the same building is available for any assistance.
