Babies & children are NOT ALLOWED. The building has 60 floors. The pool is seasonal and inviting. My apartment is a couple of minutes' walk from the boardwalk, Santa Ana Beach, the park, and the bus stops. My kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 air conditioners, and all the appliances are new. I have 600 MB of WiFi
