Holiday houses in Benaulim Beach

We had a very nice stay at Arlene's villa, despite the raining season had already started ! The beach is at walkable distance and we enjoyed peaceful walks there. There are also multiple restaurant on the beach with the warmest staff there. Supermarket and shops can be found at 15 minutes walking distance. The kitchen is well equiped so we were able to cook on our own sometimes, maling us feel like home for 5 days. The society is great, with kind and helpful staff and even a swimming pool. Arlene was extremely helpful, quick in response whenever we had a question or needed recommendation. Lot of things to do by cab. Definitely recommend!

It was a very beautiful and peaceful place. We stayed there for 3 days with our 1 yr old baby boy, and he had so much fun there with the sea beach being right next to the place. It was a stress buster for us. The hosts were very warm and welcoming.

Мы прекрасно отдохнули в этом доме в Бенаулиме, фото и описание дома , все было четко как в объявлении, локация очень удачная , рядом с пляжем и на самой центровой улице где все магазины и рестораны, вообщем прекрасное место, чисто , тихо красиво. Дом очень хороший , большие спальни, большая зона первого этажа , мы были компанией из трех семей , места всем хватило , рекомендую !

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

We had a wonderful time staying here as a family. The place is quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing. My elderly parents felt truly at home. The calm surroundings were perfect for them. The beach is just a short walk away. The hosts were amazing. They were always kind, and quick to reply to any questions we had. We truly appreciated their care and support. This home is perfect for families, especially those looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. We had a great experience and would love to return someday. We had a great time at this place. It is very close to the Benaulim beach and has great restaurants around it. The host provided us with places to visit and with phone numbers for scooty rentals which was really helpful. The place is very beautiful and aesthetic and comes with TV, AC, washing machine and a bath tub. The very best! 10/10 would recommend and re-choose if we visit again.

This is a gem of a find in the hustle and bustle of Benaulim..the apartment is in a clean and quiet complex. The apartment itself is well equipped and is as described. The terrace provides a fresh and cool environment to sit to have a morning coffee or an evening aperetif. The outlook is one of the best ones as the apartment overlooks the pool.Anand was super responsive, very helpful and resolved a couple of small issues very promptly. He was very flexible and communicated clearly and promptly. This apartment is one of the nicest ones that you will find. The apartment is cleaned regularly and the maid was friendly and helpful..We came to Goa on business and this was the perfect apartment to use as a base. it would have been equally suitable for a holiday too as it's so close to all amenities,the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. If you stay here definitely try the German bakery situated to the left of the apartment The sourdough bread is amazing. Also go for cocktails at BENO👍
