House with a large and cozy space on the ground floor. Outside, a large terrace with seating and views of a beautiful garden, full of ornamental trees, rocks, a pond and various nooks. Upstairs, 3 small cozy rooms. Downstairs and upstairs bathroom and toilet. Take advantage of the swimming pool (6 - 9) and tennis court, two basketball hoops, or a smaller football goal. Nearby there is a small zoo, a farm with domestic animals and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.
