I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Bangalore. The flat is located in a peaceful, well-maintained community that feels very safe — making it an excellent choice for families. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and extremely well-kept, with all the basic necessities provided, including utensils, a washing machine, an iron, and more. The location is another big plus — it’s right next to a metro station, just a short walk away, which made getting around the city really easy. The host was fantastic. She was extremely helpful, providing great guidance on nearby shops and essentials, as well as clear directions to reach various places. All instructions were communicated clearly beforehand, so we didn’t even need to follow up with questions during our stay. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangalore looking for a safe, comfortable, neat and peaceful stay.

We had a short stay at Bala’s and the place was exactly as it was described. We didn’t get to spend much time at the apartment as we were there for a wedding. The apartment was home for 48 hours and we had everything we needed.

The home is aesthetically pleasing with great interior work. Location is also good with necessary amenities. Will be in my wishlist for my next trip to Bengaluru.

Maurella is a great host always ready to help, e always felt at our home in her apartment. She even arranged home cooked fod for us. She suggested some local restaurants as well and was available whenever we needed. We will always stay at her apartment whenever in Benguluru.

We recently stayed here for 5 days. Megha was very responsive right from the beginning. She communicated well and was very accommodating. The place was easy to find, and the checkin process was made easy by Megha. The house is very conveniently located, and is only a few mins from RV Road Metro. The apartment was as listed in the listing. Megha provided timely responses to our queries during the stay. Will definitely recommend this place.

One thing that stood out was how incredibly silent and calm the surroundings are, offering a true escape from city noise. It’s worth noting that the property is located near a graveyard, which actually contributes to the overall tranquility. If you’re someone who values quiet, cleanliness, and space, this is a great spot to consider. Would definitely recommend it for a restful stay.

From the moment we walked through the door, we felt completely at ease - it truly embodied the "home away from home" experience we were hoping for. **The Space:** The apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged. Every detail showed the host's care, from the cozy throw blankets on the sofa to the well-stocked kitchen that made our morning coffee ritual feel just like home. The living area was the perfect size for our group to relax together, while still offering quiet corners when someone wanted to read or unwind. **Comfort & Amenities:** The beds were incredibly comfortable - we all slept soundly each night. The bathroom was spotless with fluffy towels and quality toiletries provided. The kitchen had everything we needed, including spices, cooking oil, and even local coffee recommendations. Having a washer and dryer available was an unexpected

The place was very clean and felt right at home . Every amenities were there, even some basic kitchen ingredients as well . There was work area , and WiFi was high speed , which really helped our work .

I had a really great time and the stay was really good and cozy. The place was well maintained and really clean. The hosts were very proactive and they have described the stay very accurately. One thing to note would be the well known bad roads of bangalore which makes it very hard to navigate especially during monsoon and this is not under the hosts control. Would recommend to others and definitely visit again.

had a great stay, was there for some work around. peacefull stay. just had some electrical glitches, which was actively managed by the host. jus their daily maid needs improvement in cleaning. rest was gud and homely. great property in that area. cute small home😊

A lovely home away from home. The property was absolutely clean. It was very well and thoughtfully furnished with all possible items one may need. The property is well located on the main road with grocery stores, many eateries, medical shops etc located within walking distance. It's well marked on Google maps. What stood out for us was the Privacy and peace right from Self Check in to zero interference or physical interaction. In fact, if one can understand all the items available, there is no requirement to disturb the host. The host does give you an overview at the time of check in but, for those checking in at odd hours, the host has been requested to place a detailed instruction list. As such, the host available on mobile to adress any query. The place currently doesn't have ACs in the two bedrooms which can be a bit of bother, even in the pleasant b'lore weather. However, host has indicated that he's addressing the issue. Overall, a great, comfortable stay.

Vivek was a great host, he was super responsive and mainly much responsible. His apartment in a large community was well maintained, with lots of amenities. Peaceful parks, multiple play areas for kids and easy access by autos and cabs. Apartment was greatly maintained and the kitchen was a full fledged one. I really would like to thank Vivek for hosting our family in his apartment, and am sure am going to repeat again.
