Holiday rentals with lake access in Bengtsfors Municipality

A truly incredible house! As much a well loved home as it is a time capsule of days gone by. Great location, very comfortable and had everything we needed/well equipped. Guy was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to the next visit!

Magnus' vacation home is a great retreat for families if you want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest in Sweden away from the big cities. The house is older and the interior is therefore rather rustic, but it is very cozy and you quickly feel comfortable. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped, a real gem in fine weather. Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Jan-Olof's cabin! The location was absolutely amazing, perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Jan-Olof was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed – from boat to firewood and all the amenities to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We felt really welcome and would highly recommend this cottage to others. We look forward to coming back!

The four of us spent a great week in Bitti's house. The house corresponds to the pictures and we enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and freezer combination, oven, stove, extractor, dishwasher, plenty of cutlery and dishes as well as spices, oil, etc. The beds in the two bedrooms are very comfortable and we slept well in them. It is great that you have 2 bathrooms. If you need it, you will find a TV with a varied program selection as well as a fast Wi-Fi. From the terrace you have a great view of the fields where you can watch deer every evening. There are many lakes for fishing and bathing nearby. However, it must be mentioned here that fishing without a boat is limited. Swimming in the lake in summer temperatures is very pleasant and we enjoyed it. We would be happy to come back. All in all, we had an amazing stay. Thank you very much Bitti.

Lovely house with everything you just need. Super good bed, duvets and pillow. Nice, clean and very cozy and warm to live in. I've stayed in the house a few times and will probably rent it again if the opportunity presents itself 😊 Incredibly friendly landlord by the way 😊

A great house with everything you need and very cozy! We had a great time and were particularly pleased to have a jetty place for our boat and to be able to charge our electric car at a Schukosteckdock. Thank you for the great vacation, we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful 10 days in Gustavsfors. We are a family of 5: 2 adults and three children aged 11, 14 and 16. The house is exactly as described and was perfect for us. There is a swimming spot 5 minutes away and the views of the lake are stunning. Communication with Bosse was great and we had everything we needed. Would love to come back in the future!

The house and the location are incredible. Very secluded and in the middle of the forest. Lake nearby, if you want to do a lot, you may have to drive something by car. The hostess was super nice and helpful.

Cozy, quiet and very nice accommodation. Great opportunity to stay in a homely environment. The accommodation provides the opportunity for self-catering with well equipped kitchen while you can explore both the cultural and the pleasant nature the son the historical mill offers. We had a very nice time in Lina's place. The apartment was very nice and equipped with everything you might might need. Lina was always available and responded quickly and easily. We felt very comfortable there. The location was very nice. All around meadows and greenery and very quiet. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is on the ground floor, is very cosy decorated and is best suited for 1 to 2 people. The owners are very nice and welcoming. We were very surprised that the price also included breakfast and a selection of food to cook ourselves. The location is very peaceful and calm. In addition, the owner also offers lunch and/or dinner by arrangement, which we can highly recommend as she is an excellent cook and uses a lot of produce from her own garden. Staying here is a very special experience.

A very nice apartment if you want to spend a time in nature. Here there is peace and quiet. The apartment is very nice, the view of the Great Lake is magnificent, in the forest in late summer a lot of cranberries and blueberries. I enjoyed it very much and the host was very nice and sweet

The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. Staying in the house is like stepping back in time. The amenities are basic but functional. Nothing is missing. Great is the private jetty 20 steps away and the use of the boat. We felt very comfortable at Ninni's.

Very much enjoyed the beautiful place, the tranquility the space the water around you. We were kindly greeted upon arrival it was nice and warm in the house. We loved the beds! Anything you need is present in the house. Thank you for your hospitality and maybe see you soon ♥️

The privacy you get in this place with amazing view right on the edge of a spacious terrace is just amazing The location allows an amerce experience in the natural surroundings Picked some nice yellow chanterelle in a the marked tracks in the forest were its easy for the kids to join. And the nice canoes that you can borrow to explore the lakes close by, was a perfect addition to the activities you can do there The place inside have all you need for a comfortable stay , we were three families and everyone had a lovely time, and was able to cook together with ease as the kitchen is well equipped and spacious

Fengersfors is a fantastic cozy place with Not Quite cultural center as the heart. Experience the place, swim in the lake and walk in the woods. Here, the house with Jeanette as host is a perfect start. We'll come again.

Absolute dream house in a very private location. We were all alone on the peninsula, the perfect peace for us and our Labrador. Glenn's house is just fantastic, perfect amenities, especially a sensationally equipped kitchen with really everything you need for cooking. The house was sparkling clean and we always felt at home during the 14 days. The area is a true dream, deep forests and many lakes invite you to hike and fish. In Stora Le, I did not catch anything at the two private bathing spots, but a little way up the forest is a small lake for which I got a fishing license at iFiske, there are really a lot of fish in it that are easy to catch. We have taken great hikes in the area and excursions to Norway, Åmål on Lake Vänern and to Strömstad on the Skagerrak. Our stay with Glenn was a vacation that we will remember fondly for a long time to come. Many thanks to Glenn and family.
