Or 4 people if there’s one person in each bed and one on the couch. 20 min from the Duck Mountains, which you see to the north from the dining room window. Across the street is a Bar, Restaurant, and C - Store. The via rail train stops across the street. Also close by the pharmacy, library, liquor, and grocery Store

Kitchen contains items like fridge, cook top(no range), coffee maker, kettle, microvave and toas in the kitchen. Bus stop is near the house (1min walk) 4 minutes drive to Parkland mall. There is grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Restaurant, Gym, ect in that area.
