The Salty Dog

The Salty Dog is a space that is both cosy and open to the water, a wooden boathouse for two that invites you to relax and just 'be', to go off grid and reconnect with mother nature at her best.

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Ideally suited to animal lovers as we have dogs and horses are just over the fence next door. It is 10 min drive from the beautiful Terrigal and Avoca beaches. Savour the peace and quiet, sounds of bellbirds and sunlight on the north-facing deck which overlooks 180-degree, private bush views. With its own driveway & self check-in the cabin is completely private. 3 min drive to major shopping centre Erina Fair.

A 3 min drive or a 10 min stroll to the beach or bays with great cafes & galleries & the renowned Bells is just a 700m stroll or drive up the road. For guests who may be attending a Bells function, we are happy to chauffeur.
