Very nice unit in a big housing complex, though very quiet and private. I have been in the same building before, privacy is different from unit to unit. Been very clean and well equipped. Sharon and Ian have been super responsive and were very kind! I can only recommend them!

Colm's place is brilliant - this lovely 2 bedroom townhouse is extremely well cared for in a very convenient location. Despite being located close to the busy Nepean Highway and the trainline it's surprisingly quiet here - we don't hear road or railway noise. It's very convenient for public transport links, retail outlets and some decent places to eat. The house is spacious , very comfortable and well provisioned with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, whether that be long or short term. The description and photographs in the listing are very accurate. Colm is a very nice person who's very responsive. We can recommend Colm's house without any hesitation and would happily stay here again. Thank you for hosting our stay Colm and for making us feel so welcome

Great little flat in Windsor/St Kilda area, with a tram stop right outside and another a few minutes walk away, to get into the city. Owner was very kind and responsive, made the stay easier and stress free. Would stay again if in Melbourne again!

Natasha is a very responsive Host. The questions asked were answered almost immediately. The home is in a great location and close to shops and area required for the stay. We have requested to extend our stay further.

My stay at Emily's could not have been better. Any time I needed to communicate with her, she was right there with a response. Her place is gorgeous and she has thought of everything to make her guests stay feel like home away from home. The kitchen is so well stocked. The bed is exquisitely comfortable. Superb. This was a wonderful find in the middle of Noble Park! Such a beautiful home with thoughtful touches throughout and perfect as I was travelling with two little ones. The cupboard full of toys was a delight as it kept the kids entertained for ages. The place is maintained perfectly and honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed at! Super comfortable and will definitely stay again if I’m needing to stay in the sth eastern suburbs. Thanks Chandi, you’re a wonderful host.

We had a lovely stay at the Modern Retreat with Comforts in Mulgrave. The house was beautifully clean, well-appointed, and in a great location close to shops and other amenities. Alice and SunHwa were fantastic hosts being very responsive and helpful. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would happily return!

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

I had a great stay in Jans property. It was a beautiful house, super clean and she was flexible with checkout time. The electric blanket and heaters in the bedroom were an extra bonus.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful spot to stay at if you’re looking to feel relaxed and at home after a day exploring, or even just to enjoy the home itself! A great find. Excellent communication with Hannah made the process seamless even though we didn’t meet. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated in a beachy style. By crossing the railway line we were at the beach in 5 minutes. A very pleasant and comfortable stay. Thanks Hannah!

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Dianna was wonderful! Couldn't have been better. I had a few questions and she was right there every time. The apartment was wonderful! It has everything you could need and is beautifully styled. The bed is incredibly comfortable and overall, we felt so comfortable from the moment we walked in. It is also in a fabulous area, easy for public transport walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, post office and basically everything you could want. We loved our stay here and will definitely come again. Thank you Dianna and Bob!!! Your hospitality was greatly appreciated!!!

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.

Susan’s apartment was great! Lovely and clean, comfortable beds and nice linen. Stunning city views during the day and night- watched hot air balloons float around on a Saturday morning. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
