My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends. The listing is a two floor house where the second floor is available for booking. The space is cozy and fine workmanship. The neighborhood is a quiet location, requested to be prosperous and good energy. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave oven, electric oven, crockery, pots, cooktop, barbecue and skewers. The garage is available for an automobile.

Located near the Center (2.4 km), the University of Caxias do Sul (1.5 km), Fenavinho (5 km), Vale dos Vinhedos (10 km), Caminhos de Pedra (7 km), restaurants, pharmacies and markets. The house has a bedroom with air-conditioning, a double bed (with duvet, sheets, pillows), a Smart TV, a clothes module, hangers and other amenities. It also has a kitchen with all the necessary utensils (toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender), bathroom and washing machine.

Reservations of up to 2 people will not have access to the secondary suite.
