Comfortable home in a great location! Being about to walk to restaurants, the downtown square and Dickson make this location very convenient. For those who like to be on foot while on vacation this is an ideal spot. The furnishings are comfortable. Parking was easy and secure. Property Mgmt co was responsive and attentive.

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

Brianna is a great host. she stayed in communication with us. Her rental was charming, looked just like the photos, and was immaculate. The house is in a great location; it is within walking distance of historic downtown and near teolley/train station. I would tent this place again.

This is a lovely large half of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood close to the university. It worked out especially well for us -- four adults and two children -- because we have family who live around the corner. The grandparents stayed upstairs in a spacious suite and the parents and kids had two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. It is very well-equipped and very comfortable. We had to put a lot of breakable beautiful things away in closets because we arrived with toddlers, but except for that, it was perfect with kids. There were even toys for them, which our grandkids really enjoyed and their mom appreciated. Bathtub also a plus with kids. The host is very responsive and happy to answer any questions. We hope to stay there again if we have another family gathering. We love Fayetteville -- both easy to get around and fun. The downtown square was magically lit for the holidays!

It felt like home. We had a large group and there were plenty of places to visit, play games, play darts and corn hole. The guys thought the TV was amazing! It was perfect: clean, up-to-date, great location. The hosts have thought of everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

We booked with Dean after our original booking became flooded our first night there. Dean was responsive to a request to book, sent someone over to make sure there was no flooding from the weather, and even allowed us to check in early since we were displaced. Dean's place was immaculate and set up to accommodate our family! Our daughters loved the Razorback decorations since we were there for the Super Regional baseball tournament. Check out was quick and easy.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The house was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, with everything I needed nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay—this place is truly a hidden gem in the Fayetteville area. We were a group of four adults + infant. Note that the home has three flights of stairs, so keep that in mind when booking. I didn’t mind, felt like a nice mini workout. There’s a large driveway, garage off-limits during our stay (not a dealbreaker for us). Street parking is available if needed. There’s also a small area near the entrance where you can leave shoes or park a stroller. The second floor is spacious, with a large kitchen that was surprisingly well-stocked—including thoughtful touches like a flower vase that came in handy. The living area is roomy, with a balcony and a few chairs for lounging. The back patio even has a BBQ grill. Now, let me tell you—the bedrooms are huge! Each has its own bathroom and large closets, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend booking this rental if it’s available. I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.

Hosts were super helpful and accommodating. house was in a perfect location. on a quite street but walkable to downtown and ask the restaurants and shops. Bentonville has a lot to offer and this AirBnB was the perfect place for us. Highly recommended.

Great value! We stayed a month, LOVED the location - protected bike lane right outside your doorstep. Quiet neighbors but the Momentary is across the road so keep that in mind for music nights (we couldn't hear much inside and music typically ended early). Plenty of room for storage out back. If you happen to be traveling with young kids just note that it is barstool seating. We made it work and Suzanna responded to a couple small issues we had.

We had a great stay here while on a mountain biking trip to Bentonville! We enjoyed being right next to Osage Park for walking whenever we weren’t on our bikes. Also very close to some of our favorite places in Bentonville, like Crepes Paulette and Heroes Coffee.

This was our second stay at Brandie’s townhome and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The place was clean and well stocked. We were within walking distance to The Momentary and restaurants. We hope Brandie will have us back again.

The Wonderful Wi door of Oz was a perfect place for our family. We were able to prepare a delicious meal, reset our laundry after several days on the road, and enjoy the beauty of the lake from the two porches. It had everything we needed!

This place was squeaky clean, comfortable, stylish, and a good value. The neighborhood is nice, safe, and quiet, tucked away. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We'll definitely consider staying here again next time we're in town!

AMAZING!! I was already planning a trip back within 30 min of arrival. It was so hard to leave it felt like a dream home. Everything was extremely clean, and all things in the home are top of the line. No corners were cut it was gorgeous and located greatly. The garage was a great plus, great for groups or a couple wanting space.

We loved having two hang out spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs, but there was plenty of room for us all upstairs. Living room had two extra comfy and cute chairs not pictured in the listing! Plenty of towels, cute deck, nice neighborhood. We will definitely stay again when we come to this area!

The townhouse looks even better in person. it's a beautiful place. we needed to reach out to the host for a quick question. they were very responsive and helpful. we were in town for a concert at the momentary and it is super close, easy walk. would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location for Ozark hiking and visiting Crystal Bridges. Clean and comfortable. Very nice!
