Unique chalet house in Kings Norton

A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. Ideal for a peaceful, quiet, impromptu getaway. Rural views, edge of village, 1st floor, modern character Annex reached via a quiet lane and secure gated entrance. Lounge, kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave and fridge . Separate double bedroom and shower room. The headroom is restricted in parts. Situated adjacent to the main house with its own front door and gravel drive car parking. Just a 5 min walk to the village pub.
