Holiday rentals with a patio in Berat County

Very hospitable poeple, they accommodated my needs for flexible check-in, even when I changed my mind. totally recomend them !

A lovely place to stay and very convenient for accessing the city centre. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, and the host communicated with us promptly and helpfully throughout. We initially struggled to find the property using the coordinates, but once we searched for the name of the place, it came up right away. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful space.

The location, accommodation and family renting out the room was great! Centrally located accommodation with walking distance to sights and restaurants. The family really cared that guests would enjoy themselves and the breakfast with freshly baked donuts and homemade jams were among the best we had in Albania. A delight to sit on the roof terrace morning and evening 💜

Silvi is a very welcoming, responsive and accommodating host. The accommodation is in the city center, close to areas to visit and restaurants, easily accessible on foot from the accommodation. There's a parking spot. We would recommend this listing!

Artan's apartment is very functional, super clean, large and pleasant, ideally located. Historical part of the 2 banks 8 min walk each, even the castle 20 min (uphill😉) Highly recommend this apartment. The parking is a real plus too

We've stayed at this property before. It met our expectations. Great location and within walking distance. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Very friendly host. We always like to come.

The apartment was very nice and spacious. The area was quiet with everything you need in the vicinity and only a 20 minute walk from the old town. Klaeda was a great host and very responsive, I would definitely stay there again.

It was a perfect stay. We felt right at home in the house, it is never more beautiful and larger than in the pictures and extremely modern. It was spotlessly clean and everything you need was available. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. I can definitely recommend taking a rafting tour with the host's brothers. A wonderful experience and great service! Guxim's brother can also tell you exciting things (in English) about the environment, the land, and the people! If you want to have your peace, no one will bother you. The perfect hosts! We felt very well taken care of.

We really enjoyed our vacation in Dobronik. The host and hostess were incredibly nice and loving and helped us very well. We even got fresh vegetables from the garden. In addition, the accommodation was very clean and well equipped. The view from the rooftop terrace is breathtaking. The area is also beautiful.

We absolutely loved staying here - the house was exactly as described - even better actually! It was super clean, comfortable and had everything you could need (kitchen equipment, washing machine, bedding, towels etc)…The thought and care which has gone into making it a good home for guests really shines through. The pool and outside surroundings were beautiful - the pool was super clean and had lots of great floaties which our children loved. We were two families (7 in total) and we had lots of space and felt right at home. Valentino and his family are just divine! So friendly and hospitable - we were made to feel like family! We would love to stay again. It’s an easy 15 minute drive to Berat. We really will miss this wonderful home and family. Recommend staying here without a doubt - you’ll love it!

Incredible location in the heart of the citadel. The garden is really very nice and the view from the windows was superb. Small downside with the very noisy water distribution system that can make living with several people complicated.

Just one night at Flora and Hector's left a vivid impression in my memory! These amazing people can create an atmosphere in a few hours that others cannot replicate in a week. From the first minute, we felt sincere hospitality. Flora immediately treated us to drinks and dessert, and after that, Hector happily showed us the surroundings. In the evening, an incredibly delicious homemade dinner from their garden was waiting for us. Each spoon conveyed the care and warmth of the owner's hands! Among other things, Hector and Flora are excellent conversationalists. And even though we spoke different languages, we often understood each other without an interpreter. Their hospitality is so natural that by the morning we didn't feel like guests, but their relatives! Although our visit was short, the impressions remained the warmest. Cleanliness, a comfortable bed, the silence of the village night and roosters in the morning - everything came together in a perfect picture of real Albania. We are incredibly grateful to them for a drop of home comfort in our journey!

We were very well received by Artan, a very friendly person. The accommodation is nice and well located to walk around Berat as you wish. Artan is also a good source of advice for restaurants or activities. He also invited us to the property of his guest rooms 30 minutes from Berat. The place is peaceful and conducive to relaxation. On this occasion, we were able to taste wine and artisanal brandies, accompanied by small toasts with garlic and homemade cheese. It was just delicious. Thanks for this beautiful stay. Go there without a second thought.

We received a warm welcome from Bruna. The apartment is under her house so she is always around to help you. Very nice communication. Spacious and clean apartment with comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathroom. As an extra, this apartment has a washing machine! Easy free private parking, supermarkets around the corner. We drove by car to old town/castle/Gorice in 5 minutes, but you can also easily walk. We certainly recommend this apartment!
