Apartment holiday rentals in Berga-Bergavik

A great little apartment, we were 4 adults. We had access to outdoor furniture so we could sit outside and eat. The weather was fantastic, which is a plus when you live 4 adults in a small area. Missed a small drying rack to have outside or inside. Close to swimming place,town and event at Fredrik skans. Will recommend these apartments (there are 2)

There were two of us in the apartment and we had enough space. Everything was clean and well maintained. The guest bed was also great. It was quiet and the location was perfect for us. Thank you again, Alexander!

Cozy apartment with everything one might need to stay a couple of days (or more). The apartment is located in a quiet and nice residential area with nice walking paths and is close to public transport and the city center. Viktor was nice and replied quickly. Would definitely return!

Clean, fresh, well-equipped kitchen. We felt at home. Parking on the street outside. Next ocean view between the trees. Close to the ocean, swimming, castle and walking distance downtown. We strongly recommend this nice apartment.

Lovely, clean and peaceful apartment. Warm old house vibe, beautifully decorated place. We got good instructions for the night, and there were shops nearby and a lovely bakery with something to put in the mouth. Kalmar Castle was a short walk away. We're so happy with our visit!

Tomas was incredibly helpful and keen for us to have a good time with him. Everything was very adapted for our family and the kids really enjoyed it! The proximity to both Kalmar Castle, playgrounds, restaurants and concert area made it easy for us to explore Kalmar and we are happy to stay more times at Tomas's place!

Great well-planned apt with everything you need! Close to Borgholm and amazing nature! A real Mediterranean beach when it's swimming weather! Flexible with check-in and check-out times when no one rented directly before or after, it was very much appreciated in particular on the day of departure!

Nice reception and good local knowledge, gave nice tips on the must. Very close to the bridge to Öland is a big plus as it was our goal with the trip. Recommend this home to others. We also forgot one thing in the apartment and got it in the mail the next day, really good host.

A beautiful and unique industrial environment with a perfect location by the beach! Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect starting point for hikes to Ottenby and Eketorp if you like to hike!

The location of Robert’s place is perfect for anyone who love to enjoy Kalmar city. Just walkable distance to many coffees shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. I booked the place to stay for an IRONMAN Kalmar event and it’s only 5 min walk to the race event. For the host, Robert was very helpful and friendly. He gave a clear instructions about the accommodation and also recommended us about the IRONMAN event which was very helpful to me. The place is spacious and has lots of toy for a family traveling with kids. It was very good stay and I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a nice place to stay in Kalmar.

Very nice accommodation with proximity to everything! The beach, Ica, pastry shop, restaurants etc. Better in real life than in pictures! Consumables such as dish soap, dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, etc., were in the apartment, which was equipped with most things. Wasn't missing anything. We'd love to come back here!
